Q: How do you adjust the legs so they go closer to the bed? Mine won’t lock into place.

A: Hi Annon, to raise the height, step on the center of the Foot stabilizing bar to stabilize the bassinet, while holding both sides of sleeping nest rail to pull up to the desired bed height. To lower the bassinet, located the Plastic handles on Left and Right foot tube. Pull both handles up with fingers at the same time to release locks, continue to push the Sleeping nest down to the desired height. Been using it for 3 months. My baby is about to outgrow it because she’s getting tall. Love this cute color but dislike the legs. Everyone and my guests has tripped over the long legs. The wheels and legs were not able to go under my bed bc my bed is too low. To remove the opening on the side, it takes a lot of work and I never used that function. The wheels work great. It comes with a hard bottom and a plastic “mattress” cushion
