[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comal is perfect for making quesadillas! It can fit two medium size tortillas on it and heats up evenly and quickly. The one downfall is the handles are also metal and can get hot. I haven't tried roasting peppers on here yet but I think it would work well and could probably do a couple at a time. Overall I recommend this item!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you so much for this comal. I love how beautiful it is. It works pretty well on my electric stove. I like that it's larger than normal. I will be using this to warm up my tortillas and I will be trying it to make pancakes so far cleaning it has been very easy. I did notice the shape change a little bit with the high heat. I will come back to comment further on this when I use a little bit more but so far I really love it and I'm so happy with it 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly this pan is amazing! Doesn’t really need a high heat to get really hot and cooking. Although it doesn’t really work as non stick that’s why I put 4 stars. This causes it to be harder to clean and I didn’t want to use a metal scrub to clean because it would ruin it. But this is amazing for anything like grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes, tortillas, and more.

The only con I have is that it scratches easily so just be careful when using. I made some quesadillas and they came out good. It is very light weight and very practical for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is made of carbon steel and it does have to be cured each time it’s going to be used. I have to add oil to it. Otherwise, I learned from my mistakes that if it’s completely dry, it will burn my tortillas. So I have to season it by adding oil and then I put my tortillas, and I no longer have that problem of having them burn. I can comfortably fit four corn tortillas or three flour tortillas. Once I got the hang of this I was able to make homemade corn tortillas without having them burn. At first, it was a love-hate relationship because this was new for me on how to utilize it without having to do anything to it because I was so used to using a Comal that had Teflon on it, but I know those don’t last forever and since this one is a metal carbon, it will actually last a very long time as long as I keep on seasoning it 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted a comal to cook my tortillas on! I now feel it’s done more authentically. It’s easy to store since it’s thirteen inches. You can fit at least two tortillas at a time on the comal. This comal distributes heat evenly too which is great. If you love cooking Mexican food this product is for you. 🌮

My soft tortilla warned right away and doesn’t get burned easily or fast which give me sometime to put other stuff in there like pepper’s, tomatoes etc . Nice product.

This is better than using the traditional stovetop because I usually burn the tortilla but this comal makes it easy to warm it up to just the right texture and gives it a nice crisp without burning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked using this comal. It heated up really fast because of how thin it is. It has a nonstick coating which is nice but you shouldn’t heat it too hot because of the coating, I believe. I am going to use it to blacken some chiles for salsa next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran into a bit of an issue with this pan. On an electric stove it heated too quickly and burned the tortillas. Once I realized it needed very very low heat it worked well. But unfortunately my mistake damaged the pan so be very careful with the heat level!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to make a bacon, egg and cheese tequito. I cooked everything in a pan and while cooking, I used this to heat up my flour tortilla. It worked great.... even toasted the tortilla a little bit more which was nice! Used it again the next day to reheat the leftovers and another tortilla. Worked great again but the metal handles get very hot so it made it hard to get everything into the tortilla. That was the only downside so far.
