Q: How do ypu remove the seat cover to wash?

To remove the seat pad, you have to remove it from the frame, fasten the buckles on the seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat.

Q: I was under the impression this swing was rechargable and didn't have to plugged in to swing side to side. I thought the batteries were just for the vibration feature. Can you clarify?
A: Thank you for your question about the Swing. This item requires one C battery for the vibration unit. It comes with a USB cord for plugging in, but the wall adapter is not included.

Q: What is meant by swinging 3 ways? Looks like front to back or side to side!
A: Thank you the question! The seat can swing front to back in the traditional style of motion. Alternatively the seat can be turned to the left or the right based on personal preference.

A: Great question, If you do not select a timer setting 30,45, or 60 mins the unit uses a default time of 2 hours for auto-shutoff.
