A: Thank you for your question about the Ingenuity SimpleComfort Multi-Direction Compact Baby Swing with Vibrations! Unfasten the seat strap on the backside to allow the harnesses to flow freely. From there, remove the covering from the seat frame. Machine wash with cold water on a gentle cycle.

I’m surprised by the bad reviews because I love this swing. My baby is hit or miss on just swinging, but she loves the vibrating feature! The issue is the batteries for that are super weird..you need a C cell 1.5 V battery, which they don’t make very clear.

Only one star because my baby LOVED it when it worked. Didn’t even have a month and it just started to not work. Stopped mid swing and won’t turn back on. Super disappointed.

We bought this a few days ago and it just arrived today. I got it put together and it makes a constant clicking sound in the motor. It barely moves. You have to push it if you want it to move. Not impressed Overall love the design, but functionality sucks

Because 0 isn't an option! I got this online, put it together, doesn't turn on, doesn't work .sent it back, returned for another of the exact same..will not work! Was hoping to have it before my daughter arrives but I'm a week away and out of time.

The electronic parts (touch settings) are sensitive to touch. This results in many attempts to get the swing to start or adjust music for that matter. Also!! Be aware if you are a parent with Carpal Tunnel stay away from this swing. The safety feature on the swing makes it nearly impossible to get baby out.

This just arrived today and I was super excited to put it together, however, there was no instructions which was fine as it was easy to put together. The issue was I cannot attach the swing arm to the base motor swing arm. No screws and no snap buttons like the rest of it was. I'm devastated.

Got as a gift for my daughter. Upon opening the box I noticed that many parts of the swing were covered in red dirt. I could not get the dirt off of any of it. It looks like it was dragged though dirt. The toy comes off easily and could be a safety hazard. There was no usb attachment to plug into the wall nor did the box call for one. I had to go out and buy one specifically for the swing. Overall, it worked alright, however I wouldn’t recommend for purchase.

Got this as a gift from my boss and turned it on one time. Then when we came home from the NICU with our baby it no longer turns on. We threw away the box bc it was working when we initially set it up and now just have a swing we have to manually move. Disappointed to say the least.

Received this swing as a gift and was so excited to get it set up. Only to find out that the right leg assembly #2 does not fit into the bottom frame assembly #3. It is such a disappointment to have to throw this swing into the trash and buy a different one. I will not be purchasing the same brand either. With only 6 weeks left until my due date, replacing this swing is a stressor I could do without.

I am surprised there are so many bad reviews on this swing! We used it up until my daughter was 8 months. She loved it. It can swing forward/back or side/side. It’s worked great for us with no technology issues and has been reliable. It’s cute for our girl too!

Just got this item April 5. Simple and easy setup. Had difficulty starting it. Worked 2x. Today is the 8th and it won’t turn on at all!!! Very upset it was not a cheap purchase. Want to return but we got rid of the box

how can I make a return on this. Received it as a gift from my baby registry and it stopped working after a couple of days with both batteries and plugged in. Three away the box because I didn’t count on it to stop working.

Do not buy. Worst swing I have ever bought. I bought this for my third baby. It doesn’t swing. She was 9lbs and it wouldn’t move her, it would just make noise like it was trying to swing but wouldn’t move.
