Ingenuity Soothing Baby Bouncer with Vibrating Infant Seat

DO NOT BUY THIS! This bouncer is cute and price is right, but it is NOT what’s advertised on the picture!!! This bouncer lays flat which seems very unsafe. On the picture and based on other bouncers I have bought in the past it should be upright. I bought this in October and I’m just now getting all of my baby girls stuff put together so I can not return or exchange it. I’m very upset that now I’m stuck with this product. Don’t make the same mistake I made and take a chance and hope that yours doesn’t come defective.

I bought this for my little sister and her first baby but it doesn't work! Bought some batteries and nothing. Bought another set of batteries and still nothing!

A bouncer that doesn’t do much bouncing, at all. This “bouncer” simply vibrates and plays music, it stays relatively still. I put it together and my daughter (3 months) absolutely refuses to sit in it for more than 30 seconds. Also the toys are way too close to the babies face, they are going cross eyed just to see what toys are there.

Baby only 2 months old and vibration already stopped working and doesn’t feel very sturdy no way to tighten. Tried changing batteries so doesn’t work

when my baby was small, I had to agree with some of the other reviews that the seat was too deep and it put the baby at a weird angle that was causing their head to shift forward. however since my baby has gotten bigger the deeper seat works better her head is it a proper angle. so I think this works best for older babies or larger babies.

This is a waste of money. I regret purchasing. it is uncomfortable for my infant. He sinks into it and it is positioned in a weird way. DO NOT BUY.

I gifted this baby seat to my sister and she absolutely loves it! She likes that she can take her baby in the seat wherever around the house and that it’s easy to keep an eye on her baby. She also liked the material.

I regret adding this to my gift registry. It is leveled at an angle that is not good for my newborn. It doesn’t look like the one in the photo as advertised when it comes to the angle. The baby sinks in the middle and doesn’t enjoy being in it. I barely use it. The animals the hang are too far back and I can’t move it forward so my baby can’t really see them. Overall disappointing!

assembled and then rechecked the directions to make sure it was correct because it looked weird. It had the baby sitting in such an upright position her chin was resting on her chest (not safe). I don't know why they designed it that way it would be much nicer if it had more a reclined position. We ended up buying a different one because this one was almost unusable.

Dangerous for infants who don’t have head control yet. Infants head is positioned forward with their chins against their chests. Even if awake and supervised, the position of the child’s head could cause affixation and it’s silent when they are infants. Do not put your baby in this!

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing… poor quality, does not sit upward like most bouncers do. More like an unsafe deep hammock. Super wobbly, the minute you place baby in the seat it tilts to one side. Not safe enough to use.

More difficult to put together than other bouncers, it does not have the correct angle. The toy bar doesn’t stay up. I’m returning.

Stopped working after 2 months !

It’s not worth $50 dollars. It’s structure is so uncomfortable for a baby to be on because it’s leaning so backwards as you can see in the picture. I assembled it and put baby inside and it’s just not comfortable. Baby did not liked it at all.

Worked great for my baby until she grew out of it! She really loved being in it and it’s awesome that it’s portable so you can move from room to room. The only annoying part is the songs they play - they will get stuck in your head. also ignore the reviews saying it doesn’t bounce because they’re by people who clearly didn’t read the product details. It says right there it’s a vibration not a bounce.

DO NOT BUY. I bought this during my pregnancy, my baby just turned a month old and I decided to set it up finally so he could use it. First off, it doesn’t bounce… in the slightest. What it does do is rock side to side due to poor quality materials and the way it was designed. I set my baby in it and the whole thing shifts to one side as soon as I set him in it… I don’t feel safe having him in it. Secondly… 0-6 month age usage? I’m sorry I would not trust a child younger than 1.5-2 months in it. My son sits way too upright in it. No newborn has neck strength to hold their heads up at the incline and seat depth that it is at. My son has a strong neck and his head still starts to fall down. Honestly feel that this is dangerous.. I’ve been a nanny for seven years and never seen a bouncer this poor of quality and design… I cant return it because I lost the receipt and bought it in store. Luckily it wasn’t super expensive but big waste of money. If I could give negative stars I would.
