We’ve had this a year and a half and it still works great. Keeps everything charged including a spare remote via one of the usb ports, and allows us to connect to the TV for family play. It helps keep everything in one place and accessible so pieces aren’t getting lost. I wish there was somehow a place to put the little attachments with the straps that go on each little joy-con remote. But otherwise, it’s been great.

First, this dock doesn’t hold up the switch. Second, this dock doesn’t have a HDMI port to connect to the tv. At most it’s a charger for the controls. It isn’t a replacement for the dock that comes with the switch. Spend the extra cash and get the brand name one.
