Arrived in just a plain box with no description or instructions. Having something other than the pictures here to tell me there was a fitting that was removable would’ve been helpful. I had set the ps4 on it along with the chargers and noticed the ps4 didn’t feel secure. The whole system fell off the stand it was on dropping the system and controllers attached to the stand to the ground. Ended up breaking the charging prongs off in the controllers making the whole thing obsolete now. I have a super upset son and have to go purchase a new one. On top of that, the fan is SO loud and the LED lights located in the front shine a very bright green color when it’s plugged into the ps4 lighting up the whole room at night. The concept was great, but spend a couple pennies to put some instructions with it.

Packaged in a blank cardboard box with no description or instructions. The USB connectors inside the charging port are poorly attached so one pulled off within a week. The LEDs are unreasonably bright, like headlights! The fan is as loud as the PS4's fan.

Does what it's supposed to--saves shelf space, charges controllers, and keeps the PS4 a little cooler. Happily does not have some big bulky holder for game discs taking up space. LED lights are a bit bright if you sleep in the same room where you have your PS4.

Item was the exactly like the picture. Works perfect and helped make space on the surface where the playstation laid. Only thing I was not wowed about was the plastic felt flimsy.
