International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee - 64 fl oz

I've been drinking these (of multiple flavors) for years, and the other day I noticed something tasted off. Like it was wrong. It's not pleasant and it's gross. -- Looked it up and found a bunch of other people here having the same complaints. Not sure what you guys did, but I'm not buying your coffee anymore.

I’ve been buying the Mocha flavor for years now and have always loved it. I buy 3 cartons at a time to last me the whole week… the last 3 cartons that I bought have a different flavor. It tastes more like vanilla and I’m not a fan. I was hoping it was just a mistake with the first carton I opened but the second one tastes the same way. Big bummer in my opinion.

i've been buying the mocha for my goddaughter for quite awhile, the last two cartons she said it tastes funny. did ya'll change up the ingredients or what? very disappointed ...if it stays the same you lost a customer, she wont drink it now

I bought 3 of these being this was my go to drink always. Much to my surprise the Internation Delight Mocha I bought is Caramel flavored and not Mocha at all. I double checked my package it clearly says Mocha but it is the stale taste of Caramel that flavors my beverage. This is clearly not what I wanted and now I'm stuck with it and nobody likes it. Something needs to be done about this. Do you not have quality control? Why is the wrong flavor in the Mocha package??? Why wasn't a recall done???? Good way to lose a 10+ year customer.

I don't know what happened to this coffee recently I've been drinking this coffee for years and all of the sudden it tasts very bad. I will need to find another coffee to drink because I'm not buying this again. I dumped 2 cartons out thinking it went bad!

I drank ID mocha iced coffee darn near every day that it wasn’t winter for the past few years. It has always been my favorite iced coffee and I have bought so many cartons over the years. Would buy 2 cartons every grocery trip type of favorite. If I’d reviewed this any other time it would have been five stars. Recently bought a carton now that it’s warming up outside and I’m switching back to iced coffee. The first carton I had tasted watered down and like it was made with a bitter dark chocolate and burnt, stale coffee. Threw it away and bought another carton from a different store thinking I’d get the mocha iced coffee I know and love. Wrong. I noticed a slight change in the ingredients, so if this is some new formulation it’s awful. Please bring back the old formulation. This is terrible and I will not be buying any more until then.

Love the creamer, but the this iced coffee was rather disappointing. Was expecting this to have more of a coffee flavor, just tasted like chocolate milk with a hint of coffee.

I’ve been buying this for a couple years and recently there has been at least three times where it tasted so bad I had to throw it away. I don’t know what is going on with it. I hope it goes back to the way it was. Watch out for batch with expiration date 04-12-2025. Threw two different cartons away it tasted so bad.

I really enjoyed this iced coffee just wish it came in decafe

Ever since we lost the cold stone creamery flavor I had been struggling but this stuff right here is a winner. No need to add creamer, and no need to chill my coffee beforehand, I love this stuff for the flavor and convenience.

Bleh... it doesn't taste the same as it did 10 years ago, it used to be so much better... god, I remember loving the creamy and delicious goodness... but right now I'm drinking one and it's so lackluster and gross, lacks flavor and everything. it's like they aren't even trying anymore. if you guys are trying to cut down the cost, it's not working... cuz if anything, you guys will lose customers with the way the product is now. Honestly, why change something that was perfect??? I would recommend changing back to your original recipe, because this is horrible and is only going to make you lose customers. there's no chocolate taste even at all to the one I'm drinking right now, it's so flavorless and bland, ughhhhh

I've been buying this for a few years. I love the taste. For the past month I've had nothing bought watery tasting Mocha, jug after jug. I accidentally bought the less sugar one and it tasted better than the original. I spend way to much money on this to get watery tasting product. Uggg not sure if something happened but I wont be buying these anymore.

Everytime I pour myself a glass of this coffee, I almost choke on a piece of cardboard that looks like it fell off the inside of the carton. I have cut countless cartons open only find that nothing has fallen off or torn. I’m so sick of having to pour my coffee through a strainer. I shouldn’t have to. I’m paranoid I’m going to swallow something worse than cardboard. I can’t take it anymore. Do something about this. I’m going to the BBB.

The last few carton I've bought taste watery. Used to be creamy and delicious.

Horrible, I drink coffee daily but every time I drink this stuff my stomach grumbles and my stomach is messed up. Will never buy it again.

Tastes good but no coffee flavor. Tastes just like chocolate milk, no coffee.

I am obsessed with this flavor and drink. Best drink ever. Perfect chocolatey milk drink with an adult touch. Need to find where I can get more. My workplace seems to have stopped selling them.

love this drink over ice i like year round but its a hit and miss to find
