The order came earlier than expected, but 1 lid out of the 4 that were purchased arrived smashed and cracked and not functional at all. Really hoping they just send a replacement because I don't want to spend more time at a target return line.

We purchased three sets of 4 ISIS plastic bins. Each set cost $89.97 for a total of $269.91 plus tax. Each set arrived in huge oversized boxes with four bins per box with no packing material. Unfortunately, two of the boxes contained broken bins—primarily damaged lids—leaving us with five unusable bins in total. When we contacted Target, we were informed that we had to return both sets of 4—not just the broken items—in the original boxes for a refund. We would also need to reorder if we wanted replacements. The return process is incredibly inconvenient. The boxes are massive, and Target does not offer UPS pickup. Instead, we are required to either return the items to a store or drop them off at a UPS location. This experience has been disappointing in terms of product quality, return policies, and customer service. I would not recommend this product.

These bins are lightweight but sturdy and have the extra seal at the top to keep out critters and moisture. The clear bins also let us easily see the contents. Locking on four sides makes them more secure (lids won’t pop off while carrying) and they are stackable. Perfect for our storage needs! IRIS also provided excellent customer service.

Ordered 4, 1 came broken. Not the first time I’ve ordered and at least one was broken. Wayyyy too expensive for plastic bins. I will order cheaper ones next time. These are ridiculous
