I had to replace the female adapter because it would not screw onto faucet. The cheap plastic connectors that connect hoses to the main box and the sprayer are clearly made in an effort to get you to buy replacements as they break. The connection to the main box from the faucet came loose during the first time I used it. The box itself is nice and the reel works great but if I had it to do again I would spend a little more to get a nicer set up with universal connections instead of cheap plastic specialized ones only made by this manufacterer.

Now with this little gem, my garden hose is always neat, off the grass and easy to roll out when needed, the quick connects are genius and it does not leak, they have 6 hose reel nozzle settings and lock with metal latch to keep holding down the handle for keep running water or adjust holding pressure to control water pressure… the only bad thing is the spray nozzle does not come off and is not interchangeable

I live in a townhouse with a heavily monitored HOA that does not want anything in front of the house. This reel is perfect for me because the entire housing is small enough to sit behind a small bush I have on the front walkway. The hose unrolled easily and the nozzle is very simple. I love using this hose, the nozzle works great. Once you are finished you just use the handle to reel the hose back in.

I like the adjustable hose reel nozzle settings. There's a metal latch on the hose nozzle piece that lets you lock the stream in the on position while you're using it. The winder was very easy to use. There is a built-in handle that makes moving it easy. I also like the look of this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a hose that you should definitely have at home. 2 days ago I was washing my car and I literally did not have to remove the hose from where it was in the yard and I was able to do it comfortably thanks to its measurement. I really like that it brings its own storage box that even looks good with my garden decoration. It is super easy to use, comfortable, without mess, the handle handles very well without annoying obstacles and unwinds perfectly, the box has a comfortable grip that facilitates its transportation and it is very easy to install it to the water pipe. I'm delighted. It is very useful.

If there’s anything I have hated, it’s have to roll the hose back up on the hanger when I’m done with it. This is just a dream, being able to easily pull the hose out for use, then just turn the handle to roll it back up. The container part is not really huge, either. My spigot is hi her up than most, but near my porch, so it’s just perfect sitting there on the corner of my porch. The opening where the hose reels back in is big enough that you can store the sprayer nozzle inside, as well. The hose seems good quality. It all seems to be good quality. The hose nozzle has several spray settings, and also has a little metal loop that flips over the handle, so you can just have it with a constant flow without having to keep squeezing it. I think the rest you can see in my pics. I sure do love it and definitely can say I’d recommend it to others!

It has several different spray settings and the handle is comfortable to hold and easy to use. As long as you spray excess water out after use and crank slowly to put away it doesn’t tangle at all. I love how clean and tidy it keeps my hose area as opposed to hanging a hose off of a regular holder.
