IRIS USA Large Igloo Shaped Dog House, Pet Crate, White/Almond

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty cool dog house. It is lightweight, and that's why I wanted it. So, we can travel with it. Fair warning: this is for smaller dogs only. It wouldn't fit a larger dog. Very cool little igloo dog house. We put a foam mat down and it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This igloo dog house is absolutely the best thing on the market. Heavy, durable and withstands high winds, rain, and hail. I haven't been able to test in cold temperatures yet as I just received this recently. However, I have no doubts it will definitely hold up. I waited to give a review because I wanted to test out the weather conditions to truly give my 100% honest opinion. Does not come assembled but it's an easy process. The large is quite large. My dog is 60lbs and has plenty of room left in it to move adound. Provides a great shelter. It is constructed very well. You will definitely not be disappointed with this product! Those who have dogs that live outside this would be perfect for. Very well insulated and lining with straw in the winter will make it that much more insulated. We live in Pennsylvania so our winters can be brutal with sometimes 3 seasons in 1 day. I'm not sure how this would hold up insulation wise in much colder climates but for us it's absolutely perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog is really a den dog and loves to have a place to hide out while he is napping. As soon as I took it out of the box and set it up, he went right in and wouldn't come out for hours! Owner and dog-approved. Two paws up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice sized Doghouse. It snaps together very easily making setup a breeze. It is made of a very durable plastic that will last for years to come. This doghouse would easily fit a 30-40lb dog comfortably. It is definitely smaller in size for a German Shepherd. This would be a perfect fit for a mid- sized dog. The shape of the doghouse is very comforting and Den like for your furbaby.

My dog is about 40pounds and be able to fix in it, and still have plenty of room left. It’s a very light house, so I think it’s good to use indoor. My dad also bought one after he saw it. I thought this would be great for outside and it is! I put a blanket in there for her, and she is just in love with her new house! Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog refuses to go in it. So he isn't a fan. The large dog house seems more suited for a medium dog, like 45/50 pounds max. It clicks together easily, but also snaps apart a little too easy as well. Since my dog refuses to go in it, my kids have turned it into a fort. So at least it's getting some use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This IRIS Large Igloo Shaped Dog House is a great house for medium size dogs. It is very easy to assemble, with just a few attached pieces, the bottom and top clip together. The top vent is a little tricky to attach, but once you get it in the right place, it snaps right in to place. The entire house is made out of a sturdy plastic that provides great protection from harsh weather. Even with the air vent open, it did not leak in pouring rain. The bottom piece has a lowered area, complete with drainage holes, around the interior perimeter that allows water to empty from the house. This house is very durable and well constructed. My dog loves it, but would not let me get any pictures of her inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that there is a top hole that screws off for non rainy days. It lets it breathe and light in. The shape is really unique. I think it is better than square. It allows my girl to curl up easier and more comfortably. My dog is super happy with it. I feel it is easier to clean. I have another dog house. This one is the go to one. I would recommend to other pet owners.

The designs gives dogs more privacy which is great for more timid pups. It's very sturdy and the snaps do a great job of keeping the top & bottom securely attached. It's made of plastic that can be wiped down with bleach. There's also a vent at the top that provides airflow if you're using it outside! It's super easy to put together & surprisingly lightweight. I love the air vent on the top, it lets fresh air flow through the whole dog house. I love that it can be unsnapped and washed with little effort. Since there's a curve, it gives the dog a little more privacy. I've found that this is really great for foster dogs who aren't quite comfortable with their new surroundings. She loves it! Also loves to hide in it until you walk by and she runs full speed after you. Was super easy to put together & lightweight. Surprised my destructive pup hasnt tried chewing it either!

Love the way it's shaped and look of it and my dog loves it !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This large Igloo is the perfect dog house for my 90 lb Golden Doodle! He absolutely loves his new Igloo Home and feels comfortable and safe inside. Assembling this dog house was easy and took about 5 minutes to put together and situate correctly. The best thing about this dog house is it's easy to clean and can be used in both outdoor and indoor spaces. Tip: I lined the floor with a memory foam pad purchased from a fabric store. You can cut the foam to fit the floor which was easy for me to do by taking off the top. I highly recommend this incredible dog home!!

I have never seen a vent on a dog house, but I have to say that is a genius idea for all dogs. My dogs like that it's roomy and keeps them warm on the cooler and hot days. I like that. The dog house is stylish and easy to move around. During storms, it keeps my dogs safe and dry, which I love. This dog house brought many smiles to my dogs' face as well as providing a comfortable home for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this igloo-shaped dog house for our Shih Tzu which is 20 lbs. I got this to keep her cool in the warm months when we sit on our patio. It came in two separate pieces in a large box. The top part of the dog house has 4 brackets which easily snaps to the bottom half for quick assembly. I assembled it in our home and needed to carry it out onto our patio through the front of the house since it was too wide to fit through our sliding door. It is surprisingly lightweight for its dimensions, so it is easy to carry to different locations. The top of the house has a round vent with a paw print which can be turned to open or close it as needed for ventilation. Because of its design, there’s room for movement. The smaller opening in the front protects it from the elements such as wind and sun; although rain did get in through that front opening and not the vent. It disassembles quickly for cleaning or even to transport away from home! Although it is a large house, I feel that it is suitable for a medium size dog so that it can have enough room to move comfortably. Once assembled, my dog was confused and leery, which is to be expected since it’s something new! I gently introduced her to the inside and she was able to move around comfortable until she nested on her bedding. I highly recommend this house for any small to med sized pet to be used in the summer to keep them cool and winter to keep them warmer. Yet because it lacks insulation. I would not recommend it for permanent outside shelter in the winter. Additionally, I did notice that it got hot on the patio and thus I had to move it to a shady area to avoid overheating my dog. Lastly, please leave a water bowl near this house in whatever weather!

I've never seen one like this I'm going to keep trying to get her to go in it. She started to go in at one time but come out. So I think it just take a little getting used to.
