A: Each soft gel contains 3.6mg of caffeine, with a daily serving of approximately 21.6mg of Caffeine. The caffeine content is very small. Example a cup of coffee contains between 80-150mg of caffeine.

I am on my second bottle and I have seen results. I take two before going to bed. I am going to stick with it, and give it time. Sadly, one bottle lasts a month, so It could start to add up in costs. There is no magic potion in a bottle, but this is all natural product. It cannot not hurt you to take it.

I was hopeful went threw a whole bottle gave it a go actually gained 5 pounds so there's that I been eating clean in a deficit exercising don't waste your money on it i noticed most people reviewing the product are only doing it for a sweepstakes.

A friend of mine swears by this bottle. I've been taking this supplement consistently for maybe a week now; let me tell you... I went from using the restroom once or twice to at least five times a day. I have to admit I have experienced stomach pains... nothing too bad but definitely genuine discomfort at times (when taking the recommended amount) so I only take one a day to limit the affect. I do hold a lot of my weight in my mid section so I love that this is targeting my stomach. I'm early to really confirm any visual results but I will upload a second review once I finish my bottle

This really works! I’m not good at “dieting” but I do eat well. I just couldn’t get rid of the belly fat. Without changing anything else (meaning…no exercise routine. Except for chasing after grandkids!), I’ve consistently lost 1 to 3 pounds a week. But what’s even better? My clothes are fitting looser and I’m wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in years!

Amazing product and the only product which can help people like me whose triglycerides were off the charts not for the lifestyle but for genetic reasons and I am talking about 1100 score… this is the only product which addresses the triglycerides in blood stream and after 4 months of use my scores came down to 500 which Lipitor couldn’t address in last 2 years.
