A: This kit is made to be used for 10 minutes once a day. In 7 to 10 days you should see significant progress on whitening, and can use as needed from there. This kit includes 22 treatments total.

Q: Hello, Should the gel be applied to both the outside of the top and the bottom of our teeth? Can the gel also be applied to the inside of the teeth? Is there a video on how to use this to achieve the best possible results? Thanks!

A: I find it easiest to squirt a line of gel in to the tray, and then put the tray in my mouth and let the gel spread as I put the tray in. The gel is safe for all parts of your teeth.

A helpful tip is to apply a small amount of gel directly to a cotton swab and brush the gel onto the front surface of your teeth. My teeth were yellow as gold! I bought this kit thinking it probably wont work but I was amazed at how well it worked just the first application! I’ve used it 4 more times and I’m happy! I would have had to spend hundreds of dollars at my dentist for Zoom whitening if this didn’t work.

I've been using this for less than a day and already it doesn't want to stay on unless I push very firmly on the batteries while the device is in my mouth and idk if everyone's doing the same thing but I dont think this is how the device is supposed to work.

Shoddy design. When I tried to loosen the batteries and pull out the plastic tab to activate them, the whole thing fell apart. I struggled for over an hour to try to get the batteries back into place and the cap put back on but something had dislodged in the battery holder and NOTHING would fix it.

This thing definitely doesn’t whitening your teeth like it says it does. I can barley even see a difference. Definitely not worth the money or money for the refills. WASTE OF MONEY, MY TEETH LOOK THE SAME & hurt worst. They are WAY more sensitive now than they ever were.

Honestly the worst whitening product I have ever used. I followed the instructions exactly as written and my gums ended up burning. My gums turned white and grey and were in agonizing pain. Now I cant return them and so I basically paid $60 to have my gums destroyed in pain.

Did worked really well at first, I felt like it was visibly whitening my teeth but I can’t use it anymore. It makes the corners of my mouth extremely chapped and cracked and hurts terribly. I don’t know if it’s an allergic reaction or what but I would not recommend using this product. I had to put Vaseline on the corners of my mouth for a week while I was sleeping

The reason the reviews are so high is that everyone who leaves a 5 star review gets another product FREE! Do not fall for it! Product works poorly - even Crest Whitestrips are better!
