I’ve been using this product for 20 years, and recently, something has changed. I’ve never had an issue with tips snipping, and now they’re snipping at the slightest of pressure while applying. I think the company has decided to cheap out on quality.

This is a natural looking eyebrow pencil that doesn't look painted on. I suppose if I wanted a thicker look, I could use more, but I just like to fill in the spaces. The taupe color blends nicely. No complaints at all!

I absolutely love love love this universal taupe pencil and stays put All day does not budge and is even sweat proof while it Has good staying power and easy to use. I have used other ones in the past That costed a lot more than this one and did not work well or at all I would definitely buy this again over and over

This has been the best briw pencil ive use & last a long time , until @ maybe 6 months or so ago they crumble! I still love it and buy it but they crumble so bad they dont last long so i keep a backup at all times !!

The universal color allows me not to worry about what color my hair may be or whether my skin is tan or not, it always looks perfect. Also love how the color stays put. I have used brow power for many years This past order is different. The lead breaks with hardly any pressure. I went through one pencil in a week because of breakage. What did you change? I loved the older version, but think I will look for something different now.
