Also, we kindly ask you to check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris and check the charging pins to be sure they are not bent or damaged. Also, charge the device with an active computer. Alternatively, you can charge it to a UL-certified adapter that is not a fast charger; the output voltage should not exceed 5 V 1 A, and leave it charged for 2-3 hours.     Wow surprised that Apple is not suing the pants off this company for design infringement. And even target for stocking it. “iTouch” really? Come up with your own design and ideas copying others is just not right.

Turns out that he’s been using this same smartwatch for years without issue. I initially gave it to him to use because he has A-fib and we want to monitor that as best we can. This watch captures data that he uses to report back between cardiologist visits. I had completely forgotten that he’s been using this all this time, and it also worked like a charm to track my daily 3.1 mile walk too. Something that still works after years of use gets high marks in my book.

    I've had my iTouch Air 3 for a month. It doesn't track steps accurately. Once in a while, I completely lose steps and restarts itself. Sometimes, it sets time back to when I first bought it. I am disappointed that I spend the money on buying something that won't work properly.

    I purchased mine less than 6 months ago and absolutely like the watch but yesterday the watch became unresponsive. Touch it and nothing. Will display the face when I rotate my wrist coope times but can not display anything from watch. Still monitors to my phone but watch has become a bummer. There's no buttons on watch to do displays or to menu. I'd be happy to change my review if this could get rectified because I really do like the watch but it doesn't have any use to me.
