This seems like a great idea for a product, but in practice it's pretty annoying. We had just decided not to buy another one when this one broke, and none of the troubleshooting steps got us anywhere. So, annoying AND low quality AND expensive.

Showed up damaged and that to me spoke to the fact that it is not built sturdy that body material is too thin and therefore easy to bend or dent.
