Hi! I'm sorry our Volumizing Lash Curler wasn’t a great fit for you. It has a softer curve and usually works on all eye shapes. We have several other versions that might be a better option if you want longer, fuller lashes. It pulled out 4 eyelashes. I was pressing and suddenly it clicked loudly and startled me. I looked at the curler and there were 4 lashes on it. It's just not designed well. My old eyelashes curlers from Lancome and Daiso have never pulled out lashes!

Did take some getting use to because I was using a silver colored curler before I bought this one. I really like this lash curler but the pad doesn’t last long. Comes with an extra one but I couldn’t find any replacements for it when the second one needed replacing. I’m hoping they start selling just the replacement pads. Had to purchase a whole new one. And when I received the new one it was opened and used. Target did replace it.

I wish I head read the reviews before using. I noticed my eyelashes were breaking off and didn’t realize it was from the curler until months later when I was cleaning the pad and saw all my lashes in between the pads. Rarely do reviews but needed to warn others.

I thought this lash curler was shaped a bit differently compared to the other lash curlers i’ve used and after one, yes one use the lash curler broke at the top and hit my eye super hard. Luckily my lashes didn’t get ripped out and my eye was fine, but for $10 it isn’t worth it. I wish I kept my receipt so I could get my money back, but yeah definitely don’t recommend

The little screws holding together the top part literally snapped after their third use after applying normal pressure. no this has never happened to me before

OK LISTEN UP!! I know you probably have seen the other reviews like saying how it broke and their lashes fell out. LISTEN TO ME. I have the silver one and they have the black one. I have had this for over a year and I did not have any issues like this, so first, buy the silver one. Second, I do not put mascara cause it just melts down my lashes, so if you have the same issue, use vaseline for a longer lasting look. Third, just curl your lashes and put on vaseline and you will be getting so many complements! Stay safe and hold on to your lashes lol.

I loved the curl of this eyelash curler but after a few months of using it, it cut the inner corner of my eyelashes 😔 you have to change and clean the rubber part to prevent it if not it will cut your lashes

I have this eyelash curler and it cut my eyelashes. i was curling them and the middle part of the silicone was worn out and it cut down on my eyelashes. DO NOT BUY. WORST PRODUCT.

I had it just under a month, didn’t use it every day but used it pretty frequently. It just broke and cut my eyelid. The rivets holding the top on the frame came undone while I was curling my eyelash and hit my eyelid. It hurt and to see a cut on my eyelid sucks. Waste of money.
