This does not upset my stomach. Just one capsule in the afternoon prevents leg disturbances during the night, such as leg or foot cramps. The capsule is large, but not too long and has not stuck in my throat. I hope it doesn't get discontinued, because I've tried and given away a lot of kinds of bone formulas. I take 0 to 3 a day, depending on what my other supplements that day are like.

It's my "go to" because it has all the extras that help Calcium get absorbed into your bones like Boron and Magnesium and more.... I get the "3 per day" version since it's less pills to take. It helps me sleep too....I think that's because of the Magnesium which helps with leg pain and "restless" leg pain.

Jarrow was recommended by my physician. I know I am getting the calcium that I need and a quality product. I also take the calcium at bedtime. It has magnesium that helps with sleep.

Been taking the Bone Up instead of the Fosomax for osteoporosis. I’m happy with it. I fell in a parking lot, fell hard, and didn’t break anything, so it’s working! I’ve taken it for at least 4 years now.

Due to unavailability, I had stopped taking this supplement for about a month during which I developed a new hip pain. However, when I resumed taking Bone-Up, the pain disappeared! Would never have believed it if it hadn’t happened to me!

Have been taking this for a long time just a precaution. I am of upper age and bones are thin. My bone scan last time did not show ostopenia (sp?) in my lower back which has for years, but did show in my hip. But I will continue to take. I only take 2 as I take one other calcium/mag
