I have had these for over 6 months now. Continuously receive complaints from the parties on the other end that the background noise is overwhelming. It seems that the noise canceling does not perform well for the other party, which is truly disappointing for the price I paid. I have owned numerous JBL BT earphones over the years and seriously contemplate this as my last purchase.

Reset procedure for JBL Tour Pro 2: With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. I bought these after my other pair was stolen, as mad as I was about spending more money I couldn’t be happier with these headphones. The fit is awesome and the sound quality and ease of use is much better than my other pair!

With our JBL Tour Pro 2, you can try setting the screen timeout to the minimum duration to reduce the chances of accidental touches. To update your JBL Tour Pro 2, use the JBL app and make sure you have the latest version of the JBL Headphone app installed. Restart both your phone and the charging case before attempting the update again. Lastly, resetting the earbuds and the charging case can help resolve the issue. To reset, with both earbuds on and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet in order to pair them again. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

I have had these roughly two weeks... The first time I used them I found out you never want to leave the case behind, because once they shut-off, you need the case to get them on again. Controlling them could be easier... The tap doesn't work as good as I would expect for as much as these cost... Sound quality is great... But don't try to make a call outside because I was told I sounded very muffled.

I bought these to replace my JBL Live Pro 2 TWS, liked the lower profile. In my opinion, they are no better, and not as touch sensitive to access the options.

Don't get me wrong, I love these!! but after about a week the screen got a dead spot. and then about 2 weeks later, another dead spot! I have no clue how this happens, I even had a silicon case to protect them. otherwise the sound quality and bass is unbelievably good, and extraordinary battery life except I find the case dies quite often.

I bought it 3 weeks ago and it just came in last weekend, the sound quality it lovely, when I try to max the volume it seems 15 is louder than 16 no matter what I try. The spatial audio isn’t the greatest. There’s an echo with the Spatial Audio but other than that it’s been a good set of earbuds.

I honestly avoided jbl as a brand mostly for price point. I have had other earbuds and headphones from different companies in the same price range that were garbage so I foolishly assumed it would be the same. The earbuds are great, sound quality is on point, customization is great and more importantly the anc is fantastic, easily comparable to brands that ask for way more money.
