  • A: These are actually good ear buds. Idk why some people are complaining. They are much louder than those AirPods and they last a good amount of time. I’ve gone through so many AirPods so I stumbled upon these because I know JBL makes really good speakers. Definitely worth the money.

    Idk why some people are complaining about these. I’ve gone through so many AirPods and AirPods cost more. The sound on the JBl’s are much louder and they last a good amount of time. JBL is known for making good speakers so I wanted to try these. I have an older iPhone and they still work well. Maybe people are using androids ??? Idk because I haven’t had a problem. Definitely worth $100.

    Bought these for in store pickup. Opened box and charged the buds, connected and went to bed. Got up and tried to set them up and the battery in left bud wouldn't work. Battery was dead fresh after a charge and immediately after pulling from charger, it holds no charge, brand new out of the box, I haven't listened 1 single song.

First, try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. It is best to try this with all of the provided ear tip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.     They were great when I first got them, but now I have trouble connecting both earbuds within the first 2 months of use or they won't power on when taking them out of the case. The right earbud in particular had trouble charging. Both will occasionally emit a loud static noise during use.

Charging issues are often caused by debris on the metal charging contacts, which can include sweat, grease, earwax, and more. If you continue to experience static noise, please check your phone's equalizer settings and reset them to default. We also recommend attempting to connect to a different device or using another application to play audio. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in your Bluetooth settings to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.

    We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, something is likely interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. Another possibility is that sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Please unpair and re-repair your Bluetooth connection to see if that fixes the problem. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we need to determine if the problem is in the source device or the earbuds. Try connecting to a different source device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.

    Definitely regret buying, takes about 30 minutes for them to connect to the case after using them, if they ever connect, and then when I come back to use them another time they're out of power anyway. When running with them you also hear a lot of wind due to their shape in the ear.

    I’ve had these for a few months now & I don’t care for them. The pair I have, you can still hear the environment around you with noise cancelling on. The sound is incredibly low, no matter the setting or if your volume is turned up on your device.

    Ive tried this pair for about a week now and I'm a little disappointed with their sound quality and ear fitment Sound Quality: The earbuds have good noise cancelling but the volume lacks espeically using an android phone. It sounds quiet even at 80% volume. Build Quality: They are what you expect for a cheap pair of earbuds. The build quality is GOOD, not the best. The glossy plastic feels pretty good but not good quality. After around an hour of wearing them, they started to hurt my ears which is common with most earbuds I purchase (my ears are a bit small). Overall, they are a good pair of earbuds for casual use!

    I can't in good conscience recommend these to anyone. Maybe the issue is that they simply don't fit? I've tried each of the bud size adjusters and can't get a seal at all. This renders the rest of the features unusable - the sound cancelling doesn't work at all, and so there is no discernible difference between the noise-cancelling and "ambient aware" functions. The touch function also proves to be frustrating because of this - every time I try to push the buds in further so I can get some sort of good quality sound, I end up activating some feature, whether it's skipping, pausing, activating Siri, or toggling from one (unusable) setting to another. The app just seems like a lot of bells and whistles for a product that can't work at all as it's intended to. Not to even mention what happens when there's a breeze or some wind - these buds AMPLIFY the moving air and drown out whatever it is I'm listening to! I am so surprised at the quality of this product, especially considering JBL's reputation. These buds have become my last-resort option and I will patiently wait for the Beats Fit Pro buds to go back on sale.

    Like others mentioned, the right earbud fails

    After three weeks, the right ear bud has stopped charging/working. Some days, after sitting in the case overnight, the left bud will last about 6 hours (NOT using the noise cancelling setting) and other days it will make it 15 minutes before giving me a powering down message and shut off. Had spent the extra money on a good name brand set, versus a cheap no-name brand, since I would be using them 5 days a week at the office, but the quality was pretty awful. Really disappointed in JBL on these.
