Q: Do these cancel out noise for the user and caller?

submitted by Castro - 2 months ago
  • A: These are actually good ear buds. Idk why some people are complaining. They are much louder than those AirPods and they last a good amount of time. I’ve gone through so many AirPods so I stumbled upon these because I know JBL makes really good speakers. Definitely worth the money.

submitted byPluto - 1 month ago
  • A: Hi Castro, thanks for reaching out about JBL Tune Flex True Wireless Bluetooth Noise Canceling Earbuds. Yes, these will help reduce ambient noises for both you and the caller. • A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune Flex has Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), which is designed to cancel out external noise for the user. However, it does not specifically cancel noise for the caller; rather, it enhances the user's capacity to focus on audio content by blocking ambient sounds.

Q: Are these earbuds good for running? Will they fall our easily?

submitted by Runner - 2 months ago
  • A: Hi Runner, thanks for reaching out about the JBL Tune Flex True Wireless Bluetooth Noise Canceling Earbuds. The JBL Tune Flex earbuds are designed for all-day comfort and come with ergonomic eartips and a unique open-ear design. This design might not provide the most secure fit for intense workouts or high-impact activities, as they might be more prone to falling out. However, for moderate activities like jogging or brisk walking, they should stay in place comfortably. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7 am-11 pm CST.

I bought these headphones to replace my last set of earbuds and I can say for certain that I won't buy these again. Complete waste of money. Within a month, one of the headphones won't charge. They don't turn off without the app, so they randomly connect and are using battery when you least expect. If you are traveling, working, or just rely on your headphones, these are a total waste of money.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune Flex, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

I bought these Who knows when probably a year or so ago and they work well for sound and playing. Not so much the mic I think or it may be mines been worn out idk. The biggest issue I have with them is that the charger doesn't always charge the head phones while it is sitting in the case, which defeats the purpose of putting it to sit I the charger!!

Idk why some people are complaining about these. I’ve gone through so many AirPods and AirPods cost more. The sound on the JBl’s are much louder and they last a good amount of time. JBL is known for making good speakers so I wanted to try these. I have an older iPhone and they still work well. Maybe people are using androids ??? Idk because I haven’t had a problem. Definitely worth $100.

i got these as a christmas gift, love JBL. these are great but personally they seem to teeter as if they could fall out of my ear quickly. also the end part is super sensitive, so when touching them to push back into my ear it sometimes pauses by music. I haven't figured out the noise cancelling part yet, but in general people tell me the call reception is good.

Bought these for in store pickup. Opened box and charged the buds, connected and went to bed. Got up and tried to set them up and the battery in left bud wouldn't work. Battery was dead fresh after a charge and immediately after pulling from charger, it holds no charge, brand new out of the box, I haven't listened 1 single song.

Sound is okay… full volume barely suits my needs… won’t stay in my ear though.
1 reply from JBL Support team - 2 months ago
Thanks for your feedback. In order for our JBL Tune Flex to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. First, try to angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. It is best to try this with all of the provided ear tip sizes until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. For further assistance, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat-S: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST).

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. You can try to reset our JBL Tune Flex. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

They were great when I first got them, but now I have trouble connecting both earbuds within the first 2 months of use or they won't power on when taking them out of the case. The right earbud in particular had trouble charging. Both will occasionally emit a loud static noise during use.
1 reply from JBL Support team - 3 months ago
Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Tune Flex. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on both the case and earbuds with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Charging issues are often caused by debris on the metal charging contacts, which can include sweat, grease, earwax, and more. If you continue to experience static noise, please check your phone's equalizer settings and reset them to default. We also recommend attempting to connect to a different device or using another application to play audio. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in your Bluetooth settings to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.

We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, something is likely interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts. Another possibility is that sometimes a Bluetooth connection can become corrupt. Please unpair and re-repair your Bluetooth connection to see if that fixes the problem. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we need to determine if the problem is in the source device or the earbuds. Try connecting to a different source device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.
