If none of these work for your smaller sized ears you can replace with any 3.5mm tips you may have laying around or you can purchase a larger selection of sizes on our website for inexpensive. A: If you have small ear canals do not get these. I purchased these for my wife who has the same issue and she wound not stay in. The "crushfins" made it even worse. Plus JLab put their emblem on the ear jells so they dig in a little if they fit to tight.
