I've had these since September and at first they were perfect. Great sound, noise cancelation was impeccable, charged quickly and reliably...then one day, the left bud wouldn't charge in the case. I would charge them and the right was fine but the left barely charged. I searched online and did all the recommended tips and tricks, to no avail. The only thing that worked sometimes was to charge both buds independently...still the left bud never ever fully charges. I'm at a loss. I love these buds, but now the left barely charges anymore and I basically use one now. If I get both sides charged, I use both but I'm lucky if I can get the left to charge past 60%...I've tried every trick in the book. What's going on? Is this because of a software update? Can you guys help in any way? Please advise.

Overall buds are great, a few things I have on mind is, firstly sometimes it does adjust itself, like you hear the sound that you get for controls, and it has changed volume on its own. Also after using for a few hours it does hurt my ear a bit. Another thing is I think the earpiece feels a bit cheapish. But do not get me wrong, the quality, features and overall user experience has been great.

A snug fit without gaps is crucial, as it minimizes sound leakage and maximizes the audio quality. Once you’ve chosen the appropriate ear tips, take a moment to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional markings. The "L" indicates the left earbud, and the "R" indicates the right. When inserting them, ensure that the "R" is facing you in your right ear and the "L" is facing you in your left ear. For improved comfort and fit, try angling the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, rather than hanging straight down. You can also rotate the earbuds gently until they feel just right. We also highly recommend using the Galaxy Wearable app to run the earbud fit test. This feature can help ensure that your earbuds are fitting correctly, further enhancing your listening experience. I bought this a few months ago the audio is great if it's really good and the microphone is a lot better than the Pro 2. Downside is the battery life is nowhere near the Pro 2 and my right earbud won't charge in the case without me putting something in there to apply pressure to hit the terminals if these things were better I would give 5 Stars

Pros - excellent sound and audio options, feels good in ear and the case is super sleek, battery life is good too. Cons - the earbuds have a weird burnt smell, it's been that way since day 1. The earbuds should have been put into the case the other way because it's a little wonky getting the buds in and out with 1 hand. Overall i am pretty happy with them.

Very nice charger/case -- how's that for faint praise. Bought a set of ear cushions to improve the fit, but I can't figure out how to remove the original cushions and install new ones. When the app is in Ambient mode -- so I can hear what's going on around me as well as listen to music -- the software in the buds is too stupid to chop sharp sound spikes, like dropping a spoon in a glass bowl: OUCH! Samsung hasn't figured out that it's not just fire engines I need to hear when I'm wearing the buds.

To replace the ear tips, turn over the ear tip inserted into the earbud and vertically pull on the middle part to remove it. Align the protruding part on the speaker of the earbud with the groove of the new ear tip and push it in until it clicks into place. The Ambient sound mode is designed to enhance awareness of surroundings, but sharp sound spikes may still be noticeable. These are by far the worst ones made yet when it comes to quality and functionality. They fit in the ear great and look stunning, but they die SO fast and lose connection all the time! They last MAYBE 2 hours top and the connect, disconnect, connect, disconnect, etc. I've bought 3 pairs. 2 pairs at the same time for me and my husband, then bought a replacement pair because i figured they were just duds the first time I bought them. NOPE, all have same problem....

Sound is nice and full, fit in ear is excellent. Two concerns. 1. The smell of the rubber tips is pretty awful. 2. You can't use the app to turn on the led strips. Only can use to turn off. Charge is really good as well.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are acting up with unusual noises in the left earbud or limited charging in the right one, a few steps might help. For the left earbud, you can restart both earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing it, and waiting at least 7 seconds before trying again. As for the right earbud, make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds and the case are clean and free of sweat or liquid, as this can affect the connection. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. They have excellent sound and they do exactly what they say they do. You just have to practice putting them in the case because they can be a little slippery.

The quality of the Pro versions has gone worse with each new version. Sound quality is better but build quality is poor. I still have the first Pro and no issues. I mostly use these for runs and the fot is poor. Also it won't always charge after the run. Most recently one of the 2 buds wouldn't get recognized.

To ensure a secure fit during runs, try adjusting the earbuds by rotating them slightly forward or backward until they feel snug. If one of the earbuds isn’t being recognized or charging after use, make sure the charging contacts on both the earbud and the case are clean and free of sweat or liquid. Restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing the lid, and waiting at least 7 seconds can also help. If you lose them, and they're still inside the case, you can't locate them with "find my earbuds"
