Q: How do you clean the doll?
A: Good Day, to clean our soft body dolls we recommend warm water and mild soap. This doll has open/close eyes so we do not recommend machine wash, as it will damage the doll.

Q: Can this doll suck it’s thumb?
A: Yes and No. The thumb does fit into the doll's open mouth, but it will not stay for long periods of time unassisted.

Q: How wide is the baby doll? I just bought my granddaughter a baby doll crib that is 13.5 inches wide and want to make certain it fits.
A: Hi, when looking straight at the doll she is about 6” wide at the body. Her arms stretch out further but can be placed by the body. From to to bottom the doll is 15” high in length. How this helps

Q: Why are these darling dolls made with only blue eyes? Very frustrating, my granddaughter is caucasian with beautiful brown eyes!

Q: Do the eyes on this doll open and close? or just stay open?
A: Hi Sue, This doll has open and close eyes. When the doll is in a sitting or vertical position her eyes remain open, when she lays down, her eyes will close. Hope this helps! Thanks for checking out JC Toys products!!!

A: Doll's head circumference directly above the ears is 12" approximately.

Q: In the title it is called a 15" doll. But the details say 12.5 L, and then 14" H, but never says 15". Is it 15", or actually 12"???
A: The doll is 15" long, the packaging is the measurements you see in the details. A bit confusing, but since the doll is sitting in the box, it doesn't match the size of the doll.
