Although it is reduced fat is is the same amount of calories as the regular product. It has horrible ingredients and I much prefer the natural peanut butter that is just peanuts and oil. Although the consistency is nice and creamy and it spreads well it is way too sweet. I would never buy this product.

Truly , I have tried so many fat free and reduced fat items that just did not meet the bar of their original counter parts . I definitely had zero expectation when I went into trying this product but wooowww was I wrong ! The texture is amazing and creamy just like the texture I'm used to in the original Jif. At first taste I briefly thought maybe this is a little dry as it lacks a bit of the oiliness of the original version but literally after that second you realize it is perfectly creamy and has an amazing nutty flavor . I will absolutely pick this up from now on as I am a huge Peanut Butter addict- specifically a Jif lover that also struggles with weight gain and can't believe this can still fit in my more mindful eating journey. Thank you Jif for giving me my craving while thing what I eat !

The flavor of this peanut butter was really good, and it’s in the Jif packaging that we all know and love. The consistency is very creamy like typical peanut butter. The pro of this is that it’s 25% less fat… the only con and the docking of one star is that I wish there were less unnecessary ingredients like corn syrup solids… Jif is so tried and true!

There are 7 more grams of carbs, which is perfect for me. My body does better with carbs. There is 1 more gram of sugar. Protein is the same and so is the calories.
