Ich sag dann aus wie ein Kanarienvogel und war todunglücklich. Mein 2. Versuch hat sie die Haare nach 3 Tagen um 2 Nuancen erhellt. Es war immer noch ein rotgelber Gelbstich drin. Dann entdecke ich John Frieda, die nach der 1. Anwendung Erfolg verspricht. Nach der 1. Anwendung - 3 Min. einwirken lassen - war ich maßlos enttäuscht, wie einige hier. Absolut keine Veränderung, nur meine Hände waren blau. Dann habe ich es erneut versucht und 15 Minuten einwirken lassen. Und siehe da: der Erfolg stellte sich ein, meine Haare sind nun hellblond ohne Gelbstich. Nun kann auch ich es empfehlen. Viel Erfolg allen.

It worked on my copper blonde hair in just one use, got out the orange tones, and kept it looking cool without any brassiness. Definitely recommend it for anyone with blonde hair! Any chance you could start selling a green shampoo/spray? I’m sure it would be wow and totally worth the $$$.

I love your purple shampoo & conditioner but having just been on a holiday, I wish I had the choice of a smaller travelling pack of say 50ml-100ml. They would sell well.

The shampoo leaves your hair feeling clean but care must be taken to get it all washed off as it can leave purple residue in your ears. I received this product as a gift for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been box-dyeing the greys away into blonde highlights for years, and unfortunately no matter the brand of dye used, my blondes always turn brassy sooner or later. I was therefore excited to trial John Frieda Violet Crush Intense Purple Shampoo. I was hesitant however -- I have natural curls which I embrace -- no straighteners allowed! -- so just what would happen? Would I still be curly? Would my latest dye turn brassy like all the others? Thankfully, the answers were Yes and No. My curl pattern was preserved -- enhanced even, compared with my previous products. And my blondes -- so far -- have stayed blonde. I do find I have to be careful with any rough skin on my hands, lest they turn lilac for about a day after washing my hair, but otherwise I am quite impressed. This product was gifted to me to try for my honest review, whether positive or negative.

Don’t bother with this it doesn’t work. My hair is still yellow

It also smells amazing. Does leave the hands a bit purple afterwards but it washes out after using the conditioner.

John Frieda Violet Crush shampoo and conditioner is superior to other supermarket shampoos. First of the all the packaging is sleek, drawing the eye to the product. Then upon first use, it is a vibrant colour that noticeably neutralised the yellow tones and gave my hair a soft frizz free feel. I will definitely purchase the product again.

I was genuinely surprised by the pigment in this shampoo - it's so intense and effective. I expected the shampoo to be very drying on my damaged hair, but it wasn't too bad so I was able to continue using it and my hair feels lovely. Received product for impartial review.
