Less than a week since receiving this water bottle, I foolishly held it between my knees while standing at a sink washing my hands. UGH. Still, I was surprised such a short drop would shatter the bottle so easily! Re-reading the description I realized, the silicone sleeve's *only* meant for comfort, not protection! More importantly, the type of glass used here doesn't appear to be strengthened like most functional glassware is (aka borosilicate or tempered), which makes it susceptible to shattering. That seems a little risky for a food/drink product. It's kinda disappointing these details aren't clearly mentioned in the description for customer safety. Very bummed, definitely not gonna get another.

I love the water bottle, but they sent me a blue one instead of pink. It even says pink on the packing slip. I wanted to report the issue but I couldn’t do so without returning it and I didn’t want to wait another week to get a new one.

This item looked pretty, but I had it about a week and a half before it fell and smashed. :( Does Pyrex make water bottles cause I need something that is actually durable?

The bottle is a nice size and dishwasher safe. However the lid came with a silicone ring that prevented the top from screwing on correctly. I removed it and it works fine but seems to be a design flaw. Also, the packaging does not state if the lid is also dishwasher safe so I have been handwashing.

Top would not screw on right. Lack of instructions for care. Do you put the entire bottle with silicone cover and top into the dishwasher or does the silicone need to be removed? Not what I was looking for, will keep searching.

It this bottle can live at least for now and it’s pretty which she loves. Holds perfect amount of water without being too heavy. Easy to clean as well since it’s simple.

I wanted a glass bottle since stainless steel always left a bit of a metallic taste in my water. The silicone sleeve is SUPPOSED to protect the bottle from a short fall. But the cap is nearly impossible to secure properly and therefore the bottle took a tumble (of about 2 feet) onto linoleum and completely shattered on the floor. Total waste of money. Don't waste a penny on this. I'm not pleased it was as expensive as it was.
