[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obsessed with this diaper bag! I love the way the zipper is situated, it makes it easier to open than my other bags. It holds a lot and is comfortable to wear. Comes with multiple straps so you can wear it different ways.

As soon as I got the bag I used it right away! The quality is great! It’s so slim, fashionable, and useful. I love all the pockets especially the trolley sleeve and the accessible wipes flap. I will definitely use this for everyday and travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just took this diaper bag on a 10 day trip with flights that had layovers and it fit everything perfectly. I love how the zippers are placed to make everything easily accessible. Plenty of pockets thoughtfully placed to stay organized. It fits so much better under the airplane seat than my previous typical backpack style diaper bag. I love that this is machine washable and also looks very trendy and attractive. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I am a smaller framed girl and the backpack straps are just too wide for me to be comfortable or work. I will keep using as a messenger bag style for my body type

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always used backpack style diaper bags for both of my kids. The great thing about this is it comes with several strap options. You can wear it like a backpack, use the shoulder strap or it has straps to hang off a stroller. It comes with a wipeable changing pad and lots of storage space for keeping all your baby necessities. The outside is also easily cleaned for life’s inevitable messiness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is beautiful! I love bags and backpacks but I’m not easily impressed. This bag is impressive. There are tons of different areas. You can store items as well as a large main pouch for bulk items, such as diapers and clothing. The zippers run smoothly and it comes with three different options for straps. You can wear it as a bag or a backpack. It appears to have very strong durability, there are small metal feet on the bottom of the bag. So that should help with cleanliness over time. the material is very easy to wipe down and should be relatively stain resistant for the most part.  I highly recommend for any new mom who wants to maintain a stylish look. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely a beautifully crafted bag. The details are excellent. I'll give you my layout for two year old use. I use the very front zipper to store a silicone pouch with multiple straws. I use the outdoor drink pocket to store a drink and same for the inside drink pocket. The other pocket on the opposite side, I put a wipe packet in and it's worked amazingly. Next zipper up, I store my car keys and wallet. The front pouch is for my phone charger as I keep my phone in my back pants pocket. The main zipper, I've moved the diaper pad on the inside back pouch but it doesn't fit very well, maybe I'll move it outside to the back. Inside front elastic pockets have trash bags and alcohol wipes. Inside back elastic pocket have a couple of diapers. Clothes and shoes and a snack cup are thrown in. I love the top handle and the variety of crossbody handles. The feet are amazing and help keep it upright. The material and color are great. I love they used interior pink lining to offset the navy exterior, very classy. The hardware feels very smooth and high quality. Beautiful.

I love the feet on the bottom of the bag so there is no wear and tear on it and the material makes it last from rips and peeling.

I love that it comes with different style straps to turn it into a backpack. It is very comfortable, and I love all the pockets available for wipes, change of clothes, etc. Last but not least, it is beautiful! I highly recommend this bag, and wish I had it sooner!

I have a three-year-old son and I am graduating into motherhood of two as I am expecting a daughter! this bag is so universal. I am so excited to use it with both children. It absolutely has enough room for two children and to be in replacement of a purse. It is extremely sturdy comes with multiple straps and has so many different compartments. It also comes with a changing mat and I think that that is the perfect touch for a diaper bag. It shows that the Brand really cares about going the extra mile. I am over the moon about this bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this bag! It’s so versatile and so chic. The bag itself is great quality. It feels sturdy and secure. I held my laptop and water bottle and walked a decent distance and it felt great. No discomfort on the shoulder since I held it as a shoulder/ crossbody bag but you could as a backpack as well. The design is beautiful. The taupe color is light and neutral and the inside is pink! There is so many different compartments which makes it awesome for travel. You can add it to your suitcase since it has the slip in the back. I really love this bag and I can’t wait to get more in the future in more colors!

This bag has pockets everywhere! As a mom of 4 now I needed something that would have space for all of baby's things, my things, and any extras I may need for the older kids. Let me tell you this, it's got plenty of room! The material is something that would be very easy to clean and wipe off. Comes with all the straps so you can carry it around however is best for you. I will say that this color, taupe, has more of a brown tint to it in person than the picture. But overall, I think this bag is the best option for moms with lots of littles!

I currently have a BFF from JJB I purchased during a sale, but was excited to see an updated, slightly larger version of the bag. I know many people enjoy having the zipper feature for the "mommy pocket", but I'm a fan of being able to quickly grab my phone and having a magnet on the front. Also a fan of the magnet flap over the wipe access. It gives a handy feature, while not leaving the tacky wipe container on display. While I'll probably use both bags at different times, I definitely see this being the primary diaper bag used, especially for the space with cloth diapers. In my opinion this is a modern, on trend, bag for those of us looking for a quality bag that isn't cartoonish prints. It feels solid, the materials used are nice (different than other JJB bags, but still quality). A brand can provide more than one option or style for customers looking for different things. I'm excited to really try this out when my little one arrives in 6 weeks! (Before the pink ladies come at me... I'm in the group, I've seen the drama, and this is not a paid review)

The bag has a "wipes pocket" that's only protection is a magnetic flap, the wipes pocket looks like a mesh bottle pocket that opens into the main interior of the bag.

Thought this might be a good reimagining of their old styles but it was like a puffer jacket. Slick so it kind of flopped over... Definitely not what i was hoping for. Bummer.

It looks like a ross knockoff. For someone who owns 10+ of the BFF bags I might just be an expert. They call us pink ladies. The blatantly fake reviews that some customers traced back to their own employees are grossly tacky too. The change in ownership is destroying a brand I have loved for years. It's heartbreaking and they don't even care.

I got my bag and let me tell you, I’m really disappointed in the quality. This is not the Jujube I’ve come to know and love. This new style feels very cheap and the zippers are unsightly and hard to zip. I hope the older styles reappear as this new style is NOT it.
