The product directions are based off of the weight/age chart. 24-35 pounds (2-3 years old) 1 tablet, 36-47 (4-5 years old) 1 1/2 tablets, 48-59 (6-8 years old) 2 tablets, 60-71 (9-10 years old) 2 1/2 tablets, 72-95 (11 years old) 3 tablets.

Wow I'm so glad I tried these out for my 6yr old. As she grew she needed to drink bigger dosages of the liquid Motrin but I thought it was too sweet and sticky and got all over, but these are so convenient and she loves taking them! They really smell so good like an orange-vanilla dreamsicle Popsicle lol. They work super fast & effectively too. Will continue to buy these!

This ibuprofen has always been a hit in our house. I have picked up other ones that are grape or bubble gum flavor and the kids will not eat them, no matter how bad the headache. This flavor isn't too fake and gross so they like this.
