I chose this cereal for the protein and fiber. I was surprised at how good it was! It doesn't have too much sugar yet doesn't taste bland. I love the chocolate and the chocolate flavored almond milk that is left at the end. What I love about this cereal is the texture. It isn't too hard to bite into yet stays firm throughout the meal, never getting soggy. Great way to get a little extra protein without tasting like you are trying to get extra protein! I have gotten Premier Protein cereal. I would much rather have times where I am eating two servings of Kashi cereal and put my allotted calories towards that than getting 20 grams of protein from cereal you can taste the protein powder in.

I eat approx 5-6 boxes of Kashi choco crunch monthly, never had an issue until this morning... fresh box, and I found a giant chunk of plastic/fiberglass in my mouth. Nearly broke my teeth 😵💫 Not sure where to go from here. I loved Kashi but this is deeply concerning. I've switched to Quaker Oats at least until further research is done

Yum! It’s like coco Rice Krispies but healthier and yummier! The normal version and the protein fiber version are both amazing. Don’t go for those flashy “high protein” cereal brands. They SUCK. This is the only choco cereal I can find that is healthy and actually yummy

I've been buying the chocolate Kashi for a while and I loved it .... until it changed. A month or two ago I noticed that the cereal color changed to a darker shade of brown. The consistency changed along with the color, as it is now harder and there are some golf ball size clusters of cereal. And most unfortunately, the taste changed, and not in a good way. I buy about 10 boxes per month so this isn't a one time thing. Last week I went out of state and while there I bought a box of the chocolate Kashi. To my delight, it was the same as few months ago - lighter colored, no golf ball size chunks, and back to its great taste. I'm hoping someone from corporate can let me know what's going on, if they're aware of the situation, and if they're working on a solution. I did take a picture of the new and old cereal to post showing the difference, but I couldn't get the image to upload.

Yuck, yuck, yuck... one bite, and it was a no. I can't even describe this cereal, but the taste is nasty. I'm going to learn about these "great reviews." Waste of milk, money. And it sticks to your teeth
