I couldn't find one of the small pieces in the box so I wrote to the company and they responded during the weekend and rushed the piece out to me! I love the headboard and I know my daughter will love playing with it. Happy to support a Made in USA brand!

We just got the Imagination Castle Headboard for our 2-year-old daughter and I can’t adequately express how much I love it! The design is adorable, well-made and exactly what we were looking for! I love that we can start using it with just a mattress (there really aren’t many options out there like this) and add the frame as she grows. I also love the whimsy of the castle, it’s fun for kids without being obnoxious or all about a specific character that she’ll become uninterested in after a few months. The headboard itself is light and pretty straightforward in terms of assembly. I was a little nervous about having to add all the decals, but the diagram and labels made it really easy! I put it together myself at 6 months pregnant and wasn’t even exhausted (which is saying a lot these days). I will absolutely recommend this to my mom friends!

I bought this headboard to entice my 3 year old co-sleeper to sleep in her own bed and it worked! We have only used it with the mattress on the floor and it’s awesome. If it’s pushed against a wall the headboard does make a gap between the mattress and the wall but we line stuffed animals along it and have no issues. The play areas on the castle are big enough to fit various different little dolls and stuffed animals. Her water bottle even fits on one of the ledges. The biggest down side is she climbs on top of the castle and stands on the ledges and roofs, but she’s a climber and a daredevil. The castle is very sturdy. We love this headboard so much that we are planning on buying one when my youngest is out of the crib.
