These melatonin gummies for kids work wonders! My son loves the flavor and they smell like a strawberry fruit snack. They helped calm my high energy kid who has a hard time winding down for bedtime. My son fell asleep with no problem and was able to sleep through the night. We will continue to purchase these sleep gummies.

Kids' Melatonin 1mg Gummies work just as intended. My son is a teen but I still don’t like giving him adult doses of items whenever possible and these gummies work great for him. He took one as the dosage stated and it helped him sleep well through the night, but didn’t cause any adverse effects. He woke up feeling well rested and not groggy at all.

I got this to occasionally help my daughter get to sleep after an exciting day and when our schedule is off due to vacation when she's roo excited to get to sleep. She said the strawberry flavor is yummy and it tastes like a fruit snack. I've tried other flavors and brands and she's always had complaints. She took this with no argument. We gave it about an hour before bed time and by the time she got to bed, she was ready to sleep.

So my kiddo already takes these Target brand but they are not sugar free. So when they tried them, the kiddo told me that from now on they want the Sugar Free brand. So I hope these make it to our local Target, because my kid is really picky about gummies.

I've always heard great things about Melatonin but I hadn't tried it. We have been so busy lately and when my five year old gets overstimulated he has the worst time falling asleep so I thought I would give these a go. It's a small gummy, soft, not super chewy, and good for ages 4+. He said it tasted great. It helped him fall asleep so much easier. I was really impressed. I will definitely keep these around for those nights when he's just way too overstimulated and can't fall asleep on his own.
