A: Hello Josh, not sure if it is just me, but I tried Philips Sonicare for Kids 3+ and 7+, and adault Philips sonicare click on head, none of them fit this brush. Could you give detailed item that work?

A: To open the battery compartment of the Kids' Power Toothbrush - up & up, look for a small indentation or slot on the bottom of the toothbrush handle. Use a coin to twist and open the compartment. Carefully remove the existing battery from the compartment, paying attention to its orientation and polarity. Replace it with a new batteries, ensuring it is inserted in the correct position according to the markings inside the compartment. Once the new battery is in place, carefully reattach the battery compartment cover and secure it by reversing the steps you used while opening to replace the cover. I will never buy this again. To remove the bottom so you can install the batteries is ridiculous. I could not get it opened even with a quarter. The whole bottom of the toothbrush is destroyed and it still would not open. I do not recommend this. Get a different electric toothbrush that’s easier to install batteries. I see why it’s so cheap because you probably have to buy a few of them just to get one that’ll work well.

My son loves the toothbrush. The problem is to get the darn thing to turn on. I have tried every way from pushing the power button for short second to holding the power button down for a full minute. This morning it took me four tries to get it to turn on. When it's on, it works great! It was supposed to make brushing more fun and easier, but it has only made my life harder! I will be throwing it away and purchasing a different brand.
