You CHANGED the formula and are trying to pass it off as the same product! This is NOT the same product I used last year. I went through an entire pot of this last year. I went back to buy it in September 2024 and it had a completely different SMELL. It smells like alcohol. I even went back and exchanged it thinking that I had gotten a bad batch. After reading some of these reviews, it’s clear that the formula changed and there has been no apology to consumers. I also started getting red bumps on my eyelid and itchiness because of this cream. It’s insane that you never consumer tested this OR are allowing a bad batch to be sold which is incredibly wrong. Loreal (yes, that’s the parent company) needs to do right by consumers and issue an apology AND a recall AND offer a full refund for this horrible product.

Technically this is a 4.5 out of 5 as it did almost everything I wanted. Crows feet? Gone. Firmer skin? Check. Dark circles? Under control. The cream feels like a combination of a cream and a gel, and I apply it in the morning and evening. It leaves the skin very soft and smooth, and it doesn't cause any allergic reactions like with pretty much any other eye cream/gel/serum I've tried. The only thing I wish it did for me was "plump" the under-eye area. Not so that there are bags, but so that my eyes don't always look so sunken in.

Still testing this out, but have noticed that my under-eye area is better moisturized overall. Haven't seen a reduction in dark circles, but the skin is healthier, happier, and better moisturized...even despite a season change (which usually exasperates my skin's dryness).

Unfortunately the container was short of product. I took a picture when I opened it. A random manufacturing issue I suppose but it’s expensive for not getting the full amount in the container.

I have used the avocado eye cream for years, but Super Multi-Corrective Anti-Aging Eye Cream works much better for my sensitive, dry, aging skin.
