Have a sweets craving? Try this! Not only is it super yummy but there is flax seeds and it’s high in fiber and this will help you if your stopped up and can’t use the bathroom! It’s helped me tremendously which may sound gross but hey we are all human and who knew this would not only be yummy but be good for your digestive system and bm as well.

I really enjoy the flavor of these kind bars. They don’t have an overwhelming texture and taste good. They come in a nice plastic wrap that keeps them tasting fresh. They are a good before school snack for kids as well.

I don't usually eat breakfast especially since I leave the house early, most of the time it's for work. It's not too sweet or salty. It's a good balance of taste and chewy, I like snacking on it.

I always buy gluten free Kind bars, I can't eat gluten but I always want to eat something delicious so this is my best find. Convenient individual packaging, very convenient to take with you. A healthy bar that will not harm your figure or those who cannot eat gluten. I recommend it!

It’s not loaded with added sugar and it’s the perfect sweetness I need in one day. It also contains fiber what more can I ask for. Lately I’ve been trying gluten free snacks. Go grab yourself a box. I love blueberries, so unsurprisingly, I enjoy this bar's flavor -- very blueberry-forward. The only thing I'm not into with the healthy grains line of bars overall is that the chewiness and crunchiness combines to make my jaw super sore when I eat one -- it's a bit of a jaw workout!
