A: Hi Jennifer, there is nothing to make the brush on gel thinner, however, after application, you can file and buff the thickness down with the nail file included. We recommend you apply thin layers of the brush on gel and build up your dip thickness to avoid it from becoming too thick to your liking.

The activator was completely empty and it ruined the manicure when you’re at step 7 and it’s empty. The dip thing looks like it had either the activator leak on it or this was previously used. Ignore the nails I have pictured they are from the salon. I bought this to fix one nail.

Lasts FOREVER! It’s so easy to use and I get salon quality nails for a fraction of the price. You definitely need an electric file to smooth them and also to remove the top layer when you’re ready to take them off. I have been wearing them for about 4 months now and I absolutely LOVE them! I usually get about 3 weeks of wear and take them off due to grow out. I’ve never had one pop off and I’m rough with my hands.

For someone who routinely drops about $40+ every 3 weeks to get my dip done, I decided with my hectic schedule to do it myself and save some money. I did not use the tips as I am not one who likes long nails. This was my first time. Came out great! It even took out a dent I have in my nail due to a damaged nail bed that I am trying to treat!

I had a severe anaphylactic reaction due to the nail glue. This product is listed as Brush On Gel and Base Gel but it’s actually just nail flue. Please stay away from it if you are allergic to nail glue.

Terrible. I got this cuz I didn't find gel to give myself an overlay on my natural nails. This stuff started to lift the first day. Long story short..my nails are completely damaged and my length is gone. Smh..if you have long natural nails don't make the same mistake I did.

I love this set! After paying $75+ for a fill 🫠 I decided to give this a try! It was very easy, but time consuming. My nails took about two hours but turned out great. They lay about a week and that is with me working, going swimming, moving furniture, and doing mom stuff. I will never go back to the salon!

Only complaint is that the smell is strong BUT it did what I needed. I didn’t use the tips that were included since natural nails are long already however my nail cracked and I didn’t want to cut it. Using this prevented me from losing the length!!

I was surprised how much I like this product! It was so easy to use for a beginner, directions were clear, and my nails look great. I had previously had a gel manicure and picked it off (rather than soaked it off) and ruined my nails. I couldn't even shower because my hair would catch hundred of times on my destroyed nail plates. So I bought this powder dip kit and put a smooth surface on my nails- they look totally natural and feel amazing! Love love love.

I have been getting my nails done for years and I stopped about a year ago to save money. I was used to painting my nails at home and experimenting with different things at home. I even worked at a nail salon and would watch how the nail tech would do the nails I love dip always, but I had never tried it myself, I tried this kit because it was on sale for like six bucks and I said well what's the Harmon trying and I was able to execute salon grade nails, the perfect thickness and durability the perfect friendship I shaped them so that they were my almond shape that I usually always would get and I'm super satisfied a lot of these pictures in the reviews on this look terrible. I don't know how anyone would think that that looks good. But I can say honestly that I know my nails look literally perfect and I'm so happy with the turnout takes time to get the hang of it. Make sure to follow all the steps for me. It was a perfect experience.!
