Couldnt cut carrots easily for me, which is why i bought them. The carrot kept slipped, and it took a lot of force to slice when you finally get a good grip on the carrot. Cuts softer/ thinnger veggies ok

Good pair of scissors. They fit well in the hand and cut well. Once in a while depending on the material you're cutting, you may have to cut again to get it to fully go through. I like the gray color. They feel and seem like they'll last for a while.
