[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottle improves on an already great bottle that I've owned for 10+ years now. The one that I had worked well except for how difficult it was to clean the cap since it required removing the silicone ring to get underneath. They improved on that by having a tab on the silicone ring so it was easier to remove, but with this new thread design coupled with the TKWide Loop Cap it looks like it may be even easier to clean! The major inconvenience here is that the TKWide Loop Cap is NOT included and has to be purchased separately. While I applaud the company for using recycled materials where possible, the lack of choice when choosing the cap is a negative. Now I have an unused Café Cap that I will never use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tumbler works well and I am satisfied with the purchase. It is easy to hold, and the carry ring is sturdy. The shape of the cap is pleasant to drink from, seals very well and pours neatly (if I choose to drink from a mug). The lip of the tumbler is also a good shape for drinking with the lid off. The cap disassembles easily enough for cleaning, but I worry about losing the very small retaining nut. Heat retention is good, staying "hot enough" for at least 4 hours (good enough for my habits). I opted for the larger size to get bare stainless steel finish, which leaves some air in with the amount of coffee that I usually have left to put in this tumbler. That affects the flavor somewhat.

I got the 20oz and seems awkwardly narrow and tall for the oz. The dimensions are growing on me, but I feel that would better if it were a bit shorter and wider.
