Will definitely be returning. I was so excited to get this home and write out my weekly goals of diet, exercise, specific things I had in mind. The pages are prefilled with some very silly goals." Tell myself I'm awesome" What a waste. Hopefully a Google search will lead me to something similar, yet blank.

I am very disappointed that the cover image is every single page. I want to write my own goals, not follow those written for me. Those goals aren't universal for every person.

It’s cute but all of the pages have pre-written self-care goals. I thought it was just written on the cover/first page as an example… not listed on every single page. I would have liked blank pages to start clean with my own self-care goals. It’s strange it would be printed this way.
