The finished product was certainly in the likeness of a risotto. I will concede to that. The texture of the risotto in your mouth felt exactly like what it is - microwaved rice trying to cosplay as risotto. There were flecks of mushroom which is a nice touch. I couldn’t get over the powdered milk taste and smell which is a very personal ick and if you don’t mind, wonderful. For those that despise that, it will overpower anything else. I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.

I wasn't a big rice eater until I tried this rice. I like the texture and taste of this rice. It's creamy and tastes yummy. One cups of it fills me up. The packaging is attractive too. I buy at least 5 things of it at a time and it's worth the money.

I received the Three Cheese Mushroom Risotto Cup from TopBoxCircle for testing purposes. I found this to be easy to make , the perfect side dish for those days your in a hurry. I'm not big on mushrooms so I tried to overlook that adding the fact I love cheese. It was seasoned just right and very tasty .

It is convenient, after few minutes the food is ready. It taste ok, not bad because I don’t like cheese. Also, I can eat that for breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever I want.

The cheesy flavor was good and the texture was fluffy. I liked that I had a delicious side that tasted like I made it at home. This can also be eaten without another food. I really enjoyed that while microwaving the product, it was one of the (very) few microwave meal cups I've ever used that didn't overflow. Keeping the cardboard cover on while heating is useful for moving it without burning yourself or compromising the integrity of the plastic (which warps a bit upon heating). As for the rice itself, I feel it's crucial to use the suggested three minutes in the microwave, or otherwise covering the cup after removing it from the microwave. My rice was still a bit hard and undercooked when I tried it just after heating without resting. As far as taste, there's nothing amazing or stand out about the flavor, but I feel it would be good as a side to a more flavorful dish, or a mix in for a meat. It's convenient and easy, I just personally feel it needs a few small tweaks to suit my personal tastes.

If you're looking for a light, convenient, and quick meal, this is a good choice because it's full of essential nutrients. for meals. The cooking method is also extremely simple. Add water and cook according to the instructions on the label. In my opinion the sauce was thick and creamy but it wasn't what I expected.

Despite following the instructions carefully, the rice remained uncooked, resulting in a grainy texture and wierd taste. This would have been a great alternative if turned out well. I know I’d like it much better if I didn’t receive the mushroom style one as I don’t like mushrooms. I just picked them all out and added shredded cheese which made it better.
