I used to love knorr hollandaise sauce but it taste so much different now that it has bioengineered food ingredients in it. It tastes almost synthetic or plastic like margarine. I used real butter in it, but it’s still terrible. What a shame.

I had not used this product in a long, long time....I decided to go back to it as I remember how good it was NOT !!!!!!!!!. After reading the reviews I'LL FIND AN ALTERNATIVE. As they say "IF IT AINT BROKE DON' FIX IT" Why would you change this popular product ??????????

I must not have the exquisite palate of the negative reviewers. This is a quick, easy and relatively affordable hollandaise. If you're such great chefs, why are you using a powdered mix?

This is pretty good and very easy to make. Is it as good as homemade hollandaise sauce? No, but it’s a lot easier and like 80 to 90% as good. So if you want hollandaise but don’t feel up to making it from scratch, this is a great option

I used to love this sauce. Whoever it was that created this new version, along with anyone who tasted it and approved it should be fired. It went from being the absolute best sauce, other than a few homemade sauces I've had, to being so bad that I can't even doctor it up to make it good. It's like a blackhole where flavor goes to die. I add a ton of lemon but it just absorbs the lemon. I add salt, spices, more butter, nothing seems to be able to kill the blandness of this now disgusting sauce. I hope you saved a lot of money with this nasty new version vs the delicious sauce of the past, because you're gonna need it to make up for the loss of sales. I mean seriously the gross canned hollandaise sauce is better than this. I'm scared to try the bernaise sauce because it seems likely that Whoever decided to switch this up probably made that sauce into inedible paste like this one. I'm so disappointed in your company I will no longer purchase anything from you till you do the right thing and bring back the quality products you used to be known for.

I don;t see tarragon listed.in the ingredients. Why not raise the price $.75 and keep the old recipe? I haven't used bearnaise in years, but all the negative reviews have led me to writing this review.

Sooooooo disappointed!!! I’ve used this product for many years (Hollandaise), and my kids, husband and myself absolutely loved it. That’s the only kind that I would buy. Not sure what you did, but it’s absolutely awful! Very, very disappointing! I am looking for another brand. Blah! What a bummer!!!!! Disgusting! Sad.

Tired of your thoughts and prayers about changing the recipe, time to fire some people who made this decision. Been using this product for 40 years and never have i tasted something so foul. Wasted my crab meat and rib eye steaks and will never buy this again. Who is actually in charge that can revert to the old recipe? Come on people!!!

As a fan since the 80’s, I have been wondering why the Knorr bernaise sauce doesn’t taste very good anymore. When I asked my husband about it, he said he had been thinking the same thing, but thought maybe his tastebuds had changed. Then I looked online and saw that many people are unhappy with the change. Not nearly as good as the old recipe. Not worth spoiling a filet mignon steak or salmon with this sauce. So disappointing! Please bring the old recipe back! If it’s the price of tarragon or something that made Knorr change the recipe, then raise the price of the sauce mix if you have to do so. Please bring back the great product you once had!

Why did you change the recipe. The original bearnaise sauce was the best on the market and I used it all the time. Now it tastes horrible. more like hollandaise sauce. I hate it. Please bring back the original recipe.
