Kodiak Power Cakes Blueberry Flapjack and Waffle Mix - 18oz

Tastes like a blueberry muffin, but not overly sweet like. The smell also triggered a pleasant memory for me, so I was grinning while making and eating them.

I purchased the blueberry and almond poppyseed flapjack mixes online because I’m not able to locate those two flavors in the stores anymore. I don’t know if the recipe has changed, but I was somewhat disappointed in the flavor. I even added fresh blueberries to give it some additional taste, but still wasn’t as pleased overall as I was when I had them before. I’m a very big fan of the Kodiak flapjack mixes though and will continue to purchase the flavors available at the stores.

These are the best I’ve ever had! Just get some butter and maple syrup and enjoy knowing you have whole grain and protein!

These were SO delicious!!!!! Please, never change the recipe!!!! I love how the ingredients are fairly healthy and have NO seed oils! Will be purchasing again! ☺️

I love the flavored mixes! With just a little water, I can make myself a little muffin in a mug for a protein packed work break snack!

I like that they have natural ingredients. I added some pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and a little brown monk fruit crystals. I had homemade pumpkin syrup and my husband used maple. I put strawberries and blueberries on the side. My husband isn't a pancake person and he loved these. I can't wait to make muffins, etc.,.

I really enjoy Kodiak cakes. The blueberry flavor wasn’t as strong as I’d like it to be but was still good.

Kodiak literally has never failed me!!! This mix, unlike every other brand of protein mix I have ever tried, had a super pleasant smell and tasted delicious. Their frozen buttermilk waffles are also amazing!

I am in love with Kodiak powercakes mixes. I use them to make muffins whole family eats. So healthy!

So incredibly delicious. I don’t quite agree with the reviews stating these don’t have flavor, i got just the right amount of blueberry and there is a subtle sweetness. Pancakes aren’t dessert! I can see if you’re used to like a super sweet pancake these might be off putting to you at first. But the extra protein is so worth it! If you add your own fruits and a bit of maple syrup to the top then they’re perfect (I only needed 1/2 tbsp of syrup for 2 pancakes and it was enough). I also think these are a decent price for how many pancakes you can make with the mix.

I love these for a quick something to eat when I have no time or desire to cook. The blueberry flavor reminds me of boxed blueberry muffins. So, yes, it's a bit of an artificial blueberry flavor. But it's a boxed mix, what would anyone expect? I'm a cook from scratch gal. I always make my pancakes and waffles completely from scratch. So yes, there is a huge difference. I don't think of these as a replacement and don't expect these to be the same. It's a boxed mix! Only used for those very busy times when I need a quick snack or pick-me-up. I make 2 and pick them up and eat them with my hands. I just add water, mix until it's the thickness I want. I like thick pancakes. No need to add milk/egg, the body cannot digest that much protein in one sitting. These make great muffins as well. It's just nice to have a healthier box mix for those rare times I cannot properly cook/bake from scratch.

Please save your money! I love blueberry pancakes so I decided to give this mix a try. Worst decision ever! No flavor, I added so much butter and syrup and it did nothing. I even added bacon grease to the pan while cooking…. It did nothing. The worst tasting mix I’ve ever had.

I’ve been on a quest to try all of the flavors of pancakes. The blueberry was very good. I’ll name them as my #2. But my #1 is still Pumpkin Spice.

It was disappointing with little blueberry flavor. Hoping to use it as a muffin or cake base.
