I love love love this breakfast protein option! I tried the waffles and they are too dry for me but these are great! I personally enjoy dipping mine in syrup but even if you’re in a rush, just grab some to go because they taste great plain too. I put mine in the air fryer on low for 5-7 mins and it gives them a nice subtle crunchy outside and soft inside. The hint of cinnamon on these is also the perfect amount.

I followed the cooking time directions accurately, 2 minutes for 4 sticks. Every single time 1-2 of the 4 would come out hard as a rock and inedible. The ones I was able to eat were nothing to write home about. Faint cinnamon taste over .. nothing.

With a little maple syrup these were a nice quick treat made in the air fryer. However, I was shorted 2 sticks so there were not enough for my family of 4 to each have 4 like the package says. Not sure if I’ll buy again because of this - I’d need to buy 2 boxes.

Not the serving amount listed on nutrition info. It says 4 servings and a serving is 4 sticks. So logically there should be 16 sticks in a box. They short change you and give you less. The taste is good but I’m not paying for this again because they lie on the box

At first I couldn’t decide if these tasted good or not but my overall sentiment is that they taste (and even look like on the inside) like cardboard. I was searching for healthier French toast sticks but definitely will not be buying these again.

Serving size is 16 but they only come with 13?? Seems quite expensive for only 13 sticks. It’s equivalent to 3 pieces of bread!

The past 4 boxes I have gotten has shorted me one stick. They have always had 16 sticks, like it advertises on the nutrition label: 4 servings of 4 sticks. Really sleazy. Still, they are the best high protein sticks out there. I air fry them for 8 minutes on 350 and they are delicious. Just really hate that Kodiak has been doing me dirty thinking we won’t notice.

Great of you dont follow the instructions lol. The backsays to microwave for 2 minutes which is WAYYYY too long, 45 seconds got them hot and nice and soft. I really like the flavor and texture, the coating adds a nice sweetness so they dont need syrup.

Will be adding these to my breakfast rotation. I placed them in the air fryer on 350 for 5 minutes. They were slightly crispy and soft on the inside. A good way to eat a healthier whole grain option of french toast without feeling like you’re eating empty calories.

I love buying these for my kids instead of the regular French toast sticks. I feel better about feeding these to my children because of the whole grain and protein. They eat them up like they do the regular ones. Make sure you microwave for 1 minute and not 2 minutes like in the directions or else they get too chewy and hard.

I’m on my third box. I like to pop them in the air fryer for 5 mins at 350°. Outside has a crunch when you bite but the inside is soooo soft and fluffy. They’re so good. We dip ours in syrup. Filling and yummy.
