Warning: if you microwave these for two minutes like the box says, they are hard and terrible. Microwave them for one minute and they’re amazing.

After trying protein French toast Sticks from Aldi & they were no longer available, I was really excited to try these and I put them in the air fryer with some sugar free syrup. These are a quick & delicious breakfast. I usually buy a couple when they have the 2 for $10

I just came here to say if you see a bad review, it's because they made them incorrectly. The key is 350 in the air fryer for 12-13 mins. I wouldn't suggest the microwave.. Theeee best "frozen" french toast sticks. I would have to say these are at the top with the Kodiak granola bars.
