Worst oatmeal I’ve ever had. Cooking directions say 30-45 seconds in microwave. Flakes were hard so I cooked an extra 45 seconds and oats were still the same. Tasted uncooked and hard. Not enjoyable to eat. Gave the rest of the packets to the birds

Texture Awful but Flavor Good

The texture is terrible! I tried all the flavors and each packet has a bunch of powder that makes the oatmeal goopy and grainy. If you liked the Kodiak cubs oatmeal, this is not similar at all! The oatmeal has a stale ish chewy texture that never gets soft even when I microwave or overnight oats. Other than that, the sweetness level is good and thankfully it's one of the few instant oatmeals that isn't super salty! Nothing tastes too artificial either and there are dried apple bits in the apple cinnamon flavor. Packets are easy to rip when needed. Good price but wouldn't buy again because I don't like the goopiness.
