Great mind stimulating dog toy

My dogs love these. I will caution that if dropped from the couch or stairs they can crack/break (my dogs love to drop it from the top of the stairs so I’ve had to buy another one) . My dogs will bring these to me to fill for them (I fill with kibble and a treat). They love them and it stimulates their mind to figure out how to get the treat out.
Not durable for chewers

This is much less durable than expected from Kong brand. It’s flimsy plastic that’s shredding and breaking quickly. My dog is an intense chewer and this will not last. Much junkier than original Kong rubber toys.
Not as durable as other Kong Toys

I gave toy to 25 lbs dachshund mix on Christmas. he loved playing with it but was able to bite pieces off the outer ring. he has made marks on other Kong toys but not been able to chew it to pieces. very disappointing. only recommend for a dog that doesn't chew.

The red ring around the blue center is not rubber like the red KONG toy, it's hollow plastic. The blue center is also plastic and the top keeps popping off when it get rolled around and the treats/food opens up and spills everywhere. I'm returning this, it failed to meet my expectations being a KONG product.
Not strong enough

I like the idea of putting the treats inside so it will keep your dog more entertained. My dog seems to like it a lot; however we are on day#1 and the toy is already destroyed.

This lasted about 5 minutes and my dog had torn the red part to shreds. It is not made out of the rubber that a traditional Kong is made of. It is hollow plastic that is easy to chew to pieces.
Amazing but could use improvement

My dogs LOVE this more than any kong toy. They just need to update it to be a sturdy material like the other kong items. It lasted 2-3 months but eventually the dogs tore it to shreds. Literally shreds. I would still re buy it though due to how many hours use we got out of it. But I would rather spend a little more for a better version of this that is just not as prone to being torn up (as other reviewers mentioned and posted pics of, this is eventually what happened to ours, too). I filled with some dog food mixed with some soft training sized treats to really get their attention. Wouldn’t put peanut butter or anything like that in this. Would use it more as a feeder toy with dry or soft treats or food. Not wet though as the hole would be too small for the dogs to be able to get anything like that out. The weighted feeder ball is a great, indestructible similar option to this if you’re needing something to keep them busy for a longer period, it doesn’t break or get torn up, and can be used to feed a full meal as capacity is much bigger. With almost every king toy I always buy up 2+ sizes. There’s a lot of reasons but especially due to the smaller ones being easily torn apart. My dogs just prefer the bigger ones anyway. PLEASE NOTE: it’s important to always remove any toys, feeders, bones, or bowls of food if the pup isn’t currently eating, or playing with the item. They’ll learn bad behavior like grazing, guarding, etc. and it can make it very hard for owners to notice when pets are unwell. (Google for more info). Water is the only thing they should have 24/7 access to without restriction. Hope this helps!
Great concept but...

Sadly this product fell short. While I usually love Kong products, this didn’t live up to Kong quality. The outer red portion is made out of a thiner plastic and was distroyed in just a few uses. Do not recommend.

Pros: Rolls well, easy to fill and easy to wash. Cons: Took a bit to get used to for my dog who is an extreme chewer! Does NOT hold up to chewing. It now looks awful as she tried to chew it apart. It is not like the red kong material designed to uphold chewing. I wish it was. My dog is frustrated that the last few treats take forever to come out. Dog: Beagle/Foxhound Mix Age 11 If it were chew friendly it would get 5 stars.

My 13ish pound terrier mix loves being fed with this. She takes the red part in her mouth and sets it down and pushes it around the floor with her nose or she will pick it up to flip it over. Because her kibble is small, I think it comes out faster than for larger dogs, but she definitely is occupied and eats more slowly. Although she has chewed other hard plastic items before, she shows no interest in chewing through this toy.

My dog tore up the plastic in less than 30-seconds! Be aware that this is toy for an older dog. This is a hazard for younger dogs under the age of a year!
Great dog toy!

My 1.5 year old Husky destroyed the red ring in minutes! He was not even interested in the kibble that kept coming out! Instead, he just chewed the red ring and took out tiny pieces of red plastic. Waste of $18! Didn’t even last a day!

My 1.5 year old lab enjoyed it. But we can only give it to her if she is actively eating kibble, because the red saucer was easily chewed and destroyed. We actually separated the blue ball from the red saucer since the saucer was too damaged to give back to her. She has been using the blue ball for a few months now and seems to enjoy it!

Not good for dogs that chew. He quickly tired of trying to get the treats out & started chewing the ring. He was able to scrape off small chunks of plastic within a few minutes.
NOT for active chewers!

My 10 month old puppy, an active chewer destroyed the outside ring within 30 minutes. It's hard plastic. Still have the ball part i put treats in but mostly a waste of $12
