This is the best Mac and cheese I have eaten with celiac disease! It’s creamy and has a good taste. The texture of the noodles is amazing. Definitely enough to share with someone in a box. Love that there is a cheese packet and doesn’t need milk or butter to prepare.

If you are not familiar with gluten free pasta, there is a slight texture difference to regular pasta, but it does not bother me! My honest review is extremely positive and I plan on buying this Mac and cheese regularly. It was in the flavor original cheddar. It was a bit salty like any box mix but the cheese flavor was good. It was rich and creamy and incredibly easy to prepare. Now the part that really matters which is the gluten free noodles. They had awesome structure and held up, not mushy not chewy, just right. You couldn't tell they were gluten free which is exciting. I'd highly recommend this product.

Despite being gluten free, this was a huge hit! They love really Kraft original Mac & Cheese and didn’t even realize that this version was any different. I thought maybe the noodles were a little more firm but really I only noticed because I already knew that it was gluten free. This is a great adaptation of the original, and I am excited for the gluten free community!

You can change the cooking time depending on how you like the pasta. Overall great mac and cheese if you don't have the time ro make the sauce from scratch.

The ingredients were awesome and are a better alternative to the original. You couldn’t tell much of a difference in taste from the original and my toddler loved everything about it. They kept their shape and the packaging was good.
