How to:
1.Apply a generous amount from middle to ends on freshly washed hair.
2. Detangle with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb and rinse well.
Tip: My favorite time to detangle is when conditioner and water are rinsing through the hair. Try it!

Same thing as the shampoo.. I’ve been using this conditioner for about three years, this last time I bought it I noticed how it doesn’t have that beautiful distinctive Kristin Ess aroma it used to have. I’m so sad 😭

This conditioner is one of the few that don’t leave crazy residue on my hair. I love that it’s sulfate and paraben free and the scent is so good! It also helps my natural curls come out even without styling product.

I love the formula. It’s very moisturizing, which is what was missing for me from the signature conditioner. I will say though that I don’t have curly hair, only some waves, so I can’t speak to how hydrating it would be for curls. However, I don’t like the scent. I wish I had checked the actual Kristin Ess site where they list the fragrance for each product. I mostly use Kristin Ess products because I LOVE The One Signature fragrance. This doesn’t smell like that, and it doesn’t smell like the fragrance listed on the KE site either. I may have gotten a defective bottle, but it smells like a dentist office. & even though I use The One signature shampoo & the leave in conditioner with the good fragrance, I can’t smell it on my hair when I use this. It’s disappointing because I need the moisture, but I miss the scent.

My hair felt SO soft and strong after using this conditioner. I have fallen in love with this line within the course of one week. This conditioner left my hair like butter, and felt SO strong before I blew it straight with my blow dryer pick and follwed up with my flatiron. Gorgeous results with no residue. The fragrance is delicious!!!....earthy and soft. Don't change a thing.

Used this after clarifying. Maybe my 4C hair wasn’t wet enough or there’s a learning curve but kinda sat on my hair instead of absorbing. Consistence felt more like a deep conditioner. I let it sit on my curls while I finished my shower. I think I want to try the other conditioners that absorb quicker.

Please offer in a larger size! I’ve been religiously using this conditioner for my wavy/curly hair for a few years. But it’s only 10oz so I go though bottles and bottles. That much plastic is so wasteful! I really wish it was offered in a larger size! (I also loooooove the scent!)

It’s such a great conditioner, even for my fine, 2a and 2b wavy curls. They don’t get weighed down but they manage to be controlled and relatively frizz free. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in a larger bottle with a pump. It’s such a thick conditioner that it also needs a larger opening in both the bottle pop cap and the pump head, if they ever offer that.
