Just tried it today for the first time! So far so good! My hair feels so clean, healthy and smooth. It's the best it's looked in a really long time. It feels like I just went to the salon and got a hair cut! It's so soft. I was using OGX coconut shampoo and that was awful. Britttle frizzy dry hair and greasy near scalp. Did not feel clean and hair fell out. After one use of Kristin Ess my hair feels so clean and healthy. Wish I would have tried it sooner

First impression was how thick of the liquid, the more water you add the more bubbles and soapy come out. You actually need just a half palm of shampoo to wet all your medium hair. When I rinse shampoo off I could instantly feel how soft and smooth the shampoo brings to my hair, my fingers pleasing and smell so good. Don’t get tricky with the small size of bottle,you could go more than you think i could in that small bottle. And the price is not bad .
