Love this bread. I use it for communion bread at our church and also make it for special occasions form family gatherings. One family told me her daughter didn’t like to eat bread but she loves this bread.

"Ready in about an hour" Rise 2 hours, Rest 40 min, bake 24-26 min Please explain how it's ready in about an hour. Otherwise it's a good bread but take the lie off the front of the package
