When my favorite face cream for over 40 years was discontinued, I had to find a new face cream! Because I have very sensitive skin I was very leery to try anything new, especially a different brand. I am pleased to say that this cream did not irritate my skin, and in fact it made it feel very hydrated And more smooth. I will need to tell my sisters because we've all used the same brand beginning with my grandmother. This one's my new favorite!

This is my first time trying out this product since it says that it's safe for sensitive skin. I have used it twice a day for 3 days in a row and noticed that my face is developing a rash (redness on my cheeks). I am planning to apply once a day to see if my skin can tolerate it, but I am sad that I might have to return it.

Agreed on the formula change being bad. I had an older purchase that I was using and absolutely loved it. I was planning to regularly buy the product. Then I bought a new jar with the formula changed and it was very different - thicker and vs lightweight, and tacky vs easily absorbed. I love that some Loreal skin products are offered in fragrance free, so that is appreciated because we don't need it and many people have allergic reactions, but the overall effectiveness of this product has changed in an unfortunate way. If they ever switch back I'd buy it again.

This cream is wonderful, and for the price, outstanding! It’s soft and smooth and non greasy. I mix it with drops of oil at night for a strong dose of hydration. I’ll wear it under makeup and it’s not heavy or clunky, just dewy. Smooths out my skin

I’ve been looking for a moisturizer to help with my dry skin during winter. The fragrance free option of this one has been working great for me. I have sensitive skin and rosacea and have had zero issues using this. A small amount goes a long way and it absorbs into my skin just fine.

I absolutely love this moisturizer. I have combo skin and it’s winter time now, so this helps with keeping my skin moisturized all day/night. It glides on your skin well and feels supple. I used to only use the neutrogena hydro boost moisturizer but they changed the formula and it’s much more watery now and also made my skin red/irritated. I’m glad I found this moisturizer and it’s much cheaper- $13 compared to $25 for neutrogena. I know collagen in skincare cannot be actually absorbed into skin but I’m not using this for wrinkles. I just want my face to retain moisture and this does just that. I should also mention that I’m pregnant and many moisturizers I used to tolerate now irritate my skin. But this one has been the first one to not make it red and irritated. Make sure to get the fragrance free one!! That’s the key

This was my to-go cream. I used it over a serum and in the daytime with sunblock. The old formula was bouncy and and luxurious, It felt expensive at a reasonable price. This new formula is not good and the cream peels after it is applied.

This was my go to moisturizer! Have used it daily for a long long time, and vowed I’d never live without it! The new formula has caused significant breakouts unlike anything I’ve ever experienced— deep cystic bumps that take weeks to heal. I will not buy this again unless they go back to the old formula.

This used to be my go to moisturizer! I have extremely sensitive skin and it never broke me out. With the new formula change it has a terrible new smell and have noticed my face breaking out more.

I agree about the new formula. It’s awful. My skin almost burns and it smells awful. I don’t know why they changed the formula when it was perfect the way it was. It felt so fresh before and no it feels slimy and smells bad. Very disappointed .

Noticeable difference within MINUTES!! (after face wash/serum/face prep in general ofc) loved the texture & consistency and the fact that it has no smell!! I have oily/combo skin and moisturizers and serums just dont seem to cut it in terms of reducing pores/wrinkles. But put it all together and its amazing. I used it along with elf holy hydration triple bounce serum. Its somewhat thick but i could see how quickly my skin was absorbing it. Cant wait to see what long terms results are 🤩

I am looking for a new moisturizer because my regular one has recently been discontinued. I was hopeful this moisturizer would work for me as the price is very good. However, after the first application, my skin turned bright red. It also creates a greasy layer on my skin without really being absorbed. As the jar was opened and I could not return it, I decided to use it on my chest and neck where it does not cause problems. Unfortunately, my search for a new facial moisturizer will continue...
