Don't get me wrong, I love this product and I've been using it for years. It actually improves the condition of my hair. My problem is that the last box I received had been opened and someone had used part of the kit. They put the empty tube back in the box, taped it up and returned it! Who does that?? Sadly, this also feeds my suspicion that Target unloads its products with tattered, damaged packaging on unsuspecting drive-up customers.

I got the auburn red color, and considering I already have light brown hair, there would be no issue reaching the color. I followed the directions to a T, and I ended up with a brown color with a little red at the roots. Very disappointed. The color was not even close to what it showed on the box

Happy with the color treatment, but I feel that your conditioner has changed, and I am super unhappy as that it's taken me 2 times of dying hair to realize that it doesn't deep condition any more hair is breaking and dry bummer I've used this product a very long time and am now considering stopping coloring my hair.

Tried growing out color, had alot of gray. although I liked the softness and texture , it wasn't growing out evenly. I hesitated to color, afraid it would dry out my thinning hair. Took a chance with this new excellence and I am so happy I did. So easy to use and the result was amazing. Thank you Loreal, I can now color with confidence.

I have used this product for years to cover my gray hair. Great coverage. Close to natural color. I love the new shampoo they included. Smells so nice. They should sell the shampoo in a stand alone bottle. My box also included an anti-aging facial moisturizer lotion sample. May need to purchase a full size for daily use.

I moved several states away from where my salon is and was nervous about going somewhere to get color (my hair is blonde red). I had been talking to another similarly colored hair gal at a restaurant and asked her where she got her hair done. She told me she used this product so I decided to give it a try. I’m impressed!!!!! My hair color is exact, very natural and doesn’t look colored! Wow! Where has this been all my coloring life???? Would have saved me a lot of time and salon hassle in the past!

I have been using box dye on my hair for years every so often. I always stick to similar shades of brown. This was my first time using this specific L’Oréal Box Dye and I will NEVER use it again. After washing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner provided, CLUMPS of my hair fell out. It was horrifying and I have never experienced this before. I’m too embarrassed to post photos but it was bad. Stay far away!
